The view was amazing! And they had AC.
There’s no hanger in the bathroom to hang the towels, and the ventilation in the bathroom is through only one small window that could also let the insects in. So it was tricky! And there were spider webs everywhere. The bed is also located under the attic which doesn’t ventilate well and you need to bend to get on it.

Unbeatable view and in a lovely, quiet location.
Air conditioning was not very effective.

Location is brilliant, only a short walk to Bellagio centre and access to the rest of Lago di Como if you wish via ferry. View is gorgeous. One could spend hours gazing across the lake. Well kitted out inside the property. Host/ owner gave very clear instructions and we had a very enjoyable stay.
All the kitchen utensils and devices were brilliant, but a minor improvement would have been a spare bin bag, some dishwasher tablets and a handful of tea bags supplied
