A lovely home in a stunning setting.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa dei Fiori, it's a special property set in a lovely, landscaped garden with a great view to the lake. The house was very comfortable and extremely clean, perfect for a family or two couples. We loved the modern, well-equipped kitchen for meal preparation and access to a washing machine/dryer was an added bonus.

We did feel somewhat misled when we arrived as we assumed we would occupy the entire villa as seen in the photos, but in fact it is only half of the villa as the other half is occupied by relatives of the host. We had also assumed there would be enough parking for two cars as we were travelling with friends but were only able to accommodate one car on the property.

Great stay and great experience.

Location was great. Not in the city center with all the tourists but within walking distance to get there and enjoy all that it had to offer.

There was an extra sleeping area that was not walled in and if we were traveling with a 3rd couple it would offer them no privacy.

We loved this beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath villa with breathtaking views

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Ville dei Fiori. It is so hard to plan a trip from the US when you are so unfamiliar with the area. This villa will not disappoint, and you can book it with confidence. The villa had breathtaking views, was nicely decorated and was extremely clean. My family is so picky when it comes to hotels and rental properties, and we all agreed that this exceeded our expectations. Luca our host was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The villa had all the amenities that you could ask for and the snacks provided and washer and dryer was a nice bonus. We loved it!

There is nothing that we didn't like. If I had to give any picky feedback, it would be to add brighter lighting in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom, and possibly add a partition in the upstairs bedroom that is open to the upstairs living space. This is not a problem because there is a downstairs living area as well.

Excellent location! The apartment was very tastefully put together. Luca and Mary are very good hosts and make sure you are well taken care of. Overall a really memorable stay! Well worth it.

Exceptional

The location was perfect for a short walk to Belagio. The property is beautiful with a breathtaking view of Lake Como. All three couples give it a thumbs up. Luca and Mary were excellent hosts and all the amenities made their place very comfortable. We highly recommend their place for your stay at Lake Como and Belagio.

There are three sleeping spaces - two bedrooms and another area off the upstairs living room. A partial privacy screen would be nice for this space.

Better appointed than many hotels plus full service kitchen which was wonderful for breakfasts or a night in. Amazing views, amazing location and comfortable. We really couldn’t rate this property or Luca highly enough. 6 stars!!

Great place to stay!

Beautiful duplex, very clean, hosts were very generous with provisions provided and very helpful. We appreciated very much a pick up from the ferry as there were no taxis available. The view from the patio is gorgeous and there is ample room in the yard for kids to play.
