Great location right near the iconic steps of Bellagio! Central to everything. House is exactly as advertised. The hosts were wonderful. Came and picked us up from the ferry and hauled all our luggage up to the house. Wonderful family home! We will definitely book again if we go back to Bellagio!!

This place exceeded our expectations for our family of 5. It was very clean, spacious. and well-equipped. The kitchen and bathrooms was fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner met us at the house when we arrived and gave us a detailed tour of the property. We would definietly recommend this place. If we ever return, this is where we will stay. The terrace was absoluetly beautiful, and the views were amazing! The location couldn't have been more perfect - within walking distance to everything and right in the heart of town. The owner was readily available and responsive to any questions we had via WhatsApp.

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay in Bellagio at Sybille's apartment. The pictures in the advertisement don't do it justice. We spent most of our time on the patio marveling at the lake and views. The apartment was spotless, and well maintained. Communication with Sybille was outstanding. She met us at the property and walked us thru all things assoicated with having a care free stay. She also met us on checkout to make sure our stay was fantastic. I recommend this place to anyone that wants a relaxing stay in Bellagio but also in the middle of everything Bellegio has to offer. We were sad to leave.

But honestly, the sunsets are what stole the show. Every evening we were treated to postcard-perfect views that left us speechless. The hosts’ recommendations for restaurants, activities, and hidden gems were spot-on; we followed every one and were never disappointed.What truly sets this property apart are the incredible hosts. It’s easy to see why they maintain a perfect rating, they go so far beyond what you expect. They even flagged down our driver for us at the crack of dawn and stood waving goodbye as we pulled away. They didn’t feel like hosts; they felt like warm friends who genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible.If you’re considering Bellagio Sunset, stop considering and just book it.
