Great, clean, welcoming with wine, coffee, jam

Clean, the owner really tried with english and explaining everything about facilities, she gave us great recommedation for dinner.

The location is not far from the city centre, but if you come from the south you have to drive around the city because there is one way road in front of the house. Because of that reason your google maps will try to reroute you to use ferryboat.

Four bedroom apartment with lake view in Bellagio

This apartment had four bedrooms, two baths and a wonderful view of Lake Como. Across the street there are two restaurants , small market and back for convenience.

It was a bit of a climb uphill upon arrival ( classic bellagio) and also two flights of external stairs to enter apartment. The two upstairs bedrooms have a very steep narrow stairs - so it might not be the choice for some people.

Incredible adventure!

Location was great! A little walk from the center of Bellagio but had a nice view. There were 4 of us staying together and we each had our own sleeping room and shared 2 bathrooms which was fine! The hosts were fantastic! Highly recommend PLUS recommend their restaurant that is located in the town. Was one of the best restaurants of our trip. Also, good recommendations on boat rental and things to do.

There was nothing that was terrible! The stay was very comfortable and nice. The water heater went out but the host was very receptive and fixed it right away. No complaints!

Lovely stay in Como

Fantastic stay in Bellagio with family of 5. Great hosts who made several recommendations upon arrival, which made our trip (e.g., boat rental, ferry day). She also mapped out how to get to town/easy walks that helped with orientation. Great value, and great A/C!

Overall experience was great! I wish it was 3-5 degrees cooler out, but that's hard to control. :)

The view is worth the stay.

The apartment was a nice size with 4 bedrooms it can hold up to 10 people. the downstairs main bedroom our friends stayed in was a nice size. The view from the balcony was breathe taking, we spent a lot of time out there. There was a small basket with a jar of olives, toasted bread and a bag of pasta in it. and 1 large bottle of water in refrigerator.

The upstairs bedrooms were just ok nothing special the bathroom was small with a very small shower. The stairs were difficult get up and down due to the size of the steps. No amenities were included other than towels and toilet paper and the basket in the kitchen.

This is one the best properties I have ever stayed. Bellagio is a gorgeous location and this apartment adds to the charm. The hosts Andrea and Carolina are super super hosts. They were not only helpful but also empathetic and guided us well. The upstairs bedroom was a bit small with a sloped roof that made it a bit tight.

Home away from home! Perfect hosts and stay in Bellagio!

We had a lovely stay in Bellagio thanks to Andrea and Carolina for being exceptional hosts, greeting us on arrival and providing recommendations around Bellagio and surrounding towns as well as assistance regarding il Terrazzino apartment. il Terrazzino had everything we needed as a travelling family with a senior and young child; central location, super clean, spacious, comfortable beds and sofa, full kitchen, washing machine, family sized bathrooms, and bonus view of the lake from the large balcony. It was perfect. We ate at a few recommendations from Carolina and Andrea; Bistrot Antichi Sapori for lunch and it was delicious food and good service. We had tried to go here the evening before but it was full and had a queue for tables so we were keen to try it for lunch the next day. We had dinner at Torre del Gusto and it was just perfect way to end our stay in Bellagio with outdoor seating on the piazza, delicious food and great service. It felt like a local place to go for dinner and a family feel. Thank you so much to Carolina and Andrea for being exceptional hosts, our family felt like we had extended family in Bellagio and Italy, it was a wonderful stay

Appartments are located in distance of a few minutes of walking from the city center, very well equipped, big, clean and comfortable. Owners are very welcoming and friendly. We liked the balcony with pretty view to the lake very much, it is where every evening we had our dinner.

Very clean, large and fully equipped apartment, nicely decorated. Adapted for families, large and private gated garage. 10 min walk to city center and supermarket. Very nice restaurant 2 min walk. The large balcony offer an amazing view on the lac and mountains ! Carolina and Andrea are very kind, helpful and gentle hosts. Good communication before and during our stay. Great value for money, great hosts and great location.

Very friendly and helpful hosts who have a great knowledge of the area and are very quick to respond. Only 10 minute walk to bellagio town, and the c30 bus from como stops very close to the apartment so easy to get to. Supermarket a 12 minute walk away also with a couple of restaurants just 2 minutes walk up the road. Thoughtful touches like a nespresso machine and umbrellas as well as a welcome bottle of wine.

Highly recommend! Excellent location and value for central Bellagio!

This property is nothing but excellent. The place is very large with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a washing machine and laundry accessories, comfortable beds, fans, private gated parking, and a large balcony with a fabulous view of the lake and mountains. The hosts were extremely helpful, easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and even checked in via text to make sure everything was okay. The location is a less than 10 minute walk to the city center, around 10 minutes to the ferry, has a good size grocery store 12 minutes walking distance or 3 minutes by car, a bakery for breakfast and homemade pizzas etc for dinner two minutes walking distance away.
