Excellent location!

Excellent location. Quiet yet only a block away from tourist area. Very walkable to everything. Very well equipped, lovely and clean. Comfortable bed. The owner was awesome in helping us get transportation. They have an arrangement for a fabulous breakfast buffet at a nearby hotel with beautiful lake views. We’d come back! (It is up 3 stories in case stairs are an issue.)

Location in the heart of Bellagio. Easy reach to everything and a great view of surrounds.

Although location good, two flights of stairs not appropriate for us as older couple. Lack of toaster and coffee maker did not assist people looking to make apartment their “home place” for the trip.

Best location of Lake Como!

Very easy check in with the code, location was perfect, private but extremely easy access to everything in Bellagio. The ac didn't really make the room cold, so it was hard some days because we couldn't leave the window open either because of the mosquitos. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we made it work. Overall the room is very cute and location couldn't be better!

Great location and excellent hosts!

All directions/instructions were very clear. Clara & family were very quick to respond to all questions. They have an agreement with a local hotel to provide an excellent all you can eat breakfast. Just 5 minutes away

Location is great!

You can't beat the location. Close to the ferry and the center of town. So many restaurants, the San Giacomo church and shopping only steps away. The Italian sandwich shop right next to the apts is a must. Fresh made bread upon order and the shop owner was very friendly. We stayed in the studio apt, perfect for a couple. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Clara, the owner and her daughter Sonia, were great in accommodating our request. The breakfast buffet at Hotel Du Lac, that you can purchase, is worth it. I would stay here again if ever in Bellagio.

Had to pay for extra towels if needed. I like an extra towel to dry my hair, but it sufficed having to use the hand towel.

Everything, starting from the communication which was the best I ever had, to the apartment facilities which included everything we needed, to the location which was superb. They also offered the possibility of having a great breakfast in a nearby hotel, with a fantastic view over the lake. Outstanding stay, will repeat for sure.

Delightful and comfortable apartment near historic centre of Bellagio

This compact, clean and comfortable apartment is ideally located in central Bellagio and 'just the ticket' for a two-person stay - in this case, two sisters. Would also suit a couple or a solo traveller. Double bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, bathroom was well appointed, small kitchenette and sitting area were also available - although we were out exploring so much that we barely had time to sit still! Clara the host was incredibly good at communicating logistics/instructions ahead of our stay and also, she responded immediately to the smallest of enquiries.

The following comment was not a problem for us at all, but readers should be aware that the apartment is not disability-friendly, being on the third floor of the building, without a lift/elevator. The steps leading up to it are somewhat steep. As long as you are fit and healthy and can carry your luggage - no issue. You let yourself in via keypad , with a code shared by the host in advance, so there is nobody to help you with your luggage.

Bellagio is beautiful; apartment facilities need tweaking

The location is in the historic village and it’s convenient for sightseeing The apartment had a large dining table There were two separate bedrooms for our family of three There was considerable effort in trying to make the apartment feel updated You could park for 15 mins to unload luggage

The parking was very difficult We were turned back by a security guard at the start of the pedestrianised village and had to call the owner who still couldn’t make him understand that we were allowed to drive through The drive through the narrow street with throngs of people was stressful and not recommended There were lots of stairs and no one to help Be aware of this, if you have big luggage or aren’t strong The kitchen was poorly equipped compared to other apartments in Italy There should be a stocktake done after each visit and basics like sharp knives replaced For the price, I expect more We had to use butter knives to cut up veggies etc There’d be no way you could cook up a meal for a family with ease ( which is why we choose apartments ) There is only a tiny mini market and gourmet store so make sure you have all your basics before you come if you’re wanting to cook your own meals

The Apartment is on the second floor without Elevator. A little bit hard to climb all the stairs especially with the suitcase. A lot of musquitoes at the bathroom.

Very clean, fresh, modern unit well located on edge of town.

Modern, fresh and everything you need. Easy walk out of town. Very quiet. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows great. Bathroom also very clean & fresh (needs some towel rails or hooks though).

There were 2 steep narrow flights of stairs to climb. We were ok, but just warning others with mobility issues and heavy bags. Would be good to have USB and/or Euro plugs by the bedside. Only old fashioned Italian holes available.

Beautiful Stay in Bellagio

We had a wonderful stay at Haus Bethusy! The location was perfect—just slightly off the beaten path for a peaceful atmosphere, yet still within easy walking distance to the heart of Bellagio. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings and how convenient everything was. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great convenient location, beautiful view and a short walk to the best restaurants.

The location here is the main attraction. We were in Bellagio for a wedding at the Grand Serbelloni hotel which is directly adjacent to Haus Bethusy, so this made our stay extra convenient. We had other friends staying on at the hotel but in the apartments and their location was not even as convenient as this one! Also having a code was so handy, as it meant we didnt ever have to carry or lose keys and it made checking in very convenient. The host was very responsive by Whatsapp, sharing information prior to arriving and keeping us updating throughout the stay. The breakfast at Hotel Du Lac is a great bonus.

The only issue we had was with bugs - there were many flies and mosquitoes on the terrace - at night, there were hundreds of them flying around in a tornado-like flurry. We were aware of the mosquitos in Bellagio, and brought insect repellent but this made the living room terrace unusable, and we were not able to open the sliding doors. Luckily the bedroom also had a window with a Juliet balcony so we were still able to enjoy a beautiful view from there.

An illegally beautiful place and wonderful hosts!

Great location, great hosts - we enjoyed staying right next to the pier and had access to everything around the lake. We also consulted the hosts on the weather forecast just before the trip - they were very helpful and communicative, sharing insights from the locals. The apartment was well equipped, we appreciate sustainable solutions.

Well located studio apartment

Location was excellent, right in the heart of Bellagio. The room was large, nicely furnished & comfortable with kitchenette.

Minor thing - the shower was tiny & had nowhere to put soap etc.. A wall mounted soap dispenser would have been good.

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the studios...i think they have a total of 6, some are studios, others include a seperate sitting area....freshly renovated, fully functional, very nice location, a short 100 metre walk to the bellagio centre....linens were very clean...kitchen area is fully equipped...the hosts respond on WhatsApp, are courteous, mostly promptly....

The apartments are on 3rd floor of a building without a lift...so if you have heavy luggage, you have to do some lifting....also from the boat station to the apartments, the walk is a short 200 metres but is a bit uphill...so it does push you a bit..... otherwise it's a nice apartment...
