The location is the best with an awesome view and right beside the Salita Serbelloni - The most famous of the staircased streets of Bellagio!

Looks nothing like the pictures the rating is highly inaccurate room is freezing cold maybe nice in the summer but not in early January. NO HOT WATER WTH. the worst part is literally the only reason I booked here was because I’m driving across Europe for my honeymoon thought I would be good enough just to get some rest have a shower in the morning before I leave but like I said no hot water meant that I couldn’t even do that.

The door locks to entering the apartment are a pain. The internet connectivity was very poor. The information sheet did not mention the correct wifi password in English.. free parking a bit far of apartment

Comfortable place to stay in

The location was right outside the ZTL zone which was near to the famous steps and the start of the walking area. Was pretty easy to get into the apartment, even though it was on the 3rd floor. There wasn't any parking given, so it was difficult to find parking nearby. The toilet was clean and the towels were fresh and nice.

A great place to see Bellagio at its very best.

Great location and the building the apartment is in is beautiful. You do get anit of ferry noise but for my group of friends it was all part of the experience. The apartment was clean and tidy with enough ability to self cater if needed. The owner was easy to deal with, and communication was prompt. The furniture standard in the apartment was good. The views from the apartment are spectacular with three quarter length windows to chose to look from which was the main reason we chose the place and those views did not disappoint. A very memorable stay.

Nothing that comes to mind that I would consider needs mentioning.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location.

The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. It’s location was excellent, close to the ferry terminal and restaurants, with spectacular lake views. The host provided very clear instructions (including videos) to assist with locating both the garage and the apartment.

Great views and location, expected better from the apartment itself

Location was great, view from the window was lovely and bed was reasonably comfy, although it has a dip in the middle.

The overall property was disappointing. There was only 1 socket that we could use for our electronics which was by the sink, there were no mirrors other than 1 in the bathroom and no curtains meaning it was very sensitive to light in the morning. The iron provided was also faulty as it leaked water.

Large apartment close to the lake

Big and spacious apartment that could have easily fit more than our group of 3. Manager Nicol was very kind and helpful. Fully stocked kitchen. The location was also unbeatable right up against the water

Old door was hard to lock and open. the previous guest had broken one of the windows so it couldn’t be opened. 2nd floor apartment so it can be difficult for elderly people. but the agency has more apartments available

nice location in an older house, bit overpriced.

The owner is very nice and responsive, location is also great and the views from the apartment over the lake.

The apartment we got is in a very old building and so was the furnishing. Cleanliness was ok, some minor cod webs here and there, but dated and eventually felt like a little too pricey for what was offered. Wifi is super slow at around 3Mbit. Carrying luggage 3 floors by stairs might also be difficult in some cases.

it wasn’t as advertised. the building and the room were nothing like the pictures shown. the location on Google maps did not match the actual location of the building. the key return policy risks leading the occupant to get locked in the building premises and the owner wouldn’t answer or respond to phone calls in emergency

Good location, close to center of town. Nice view of the lake.

Old building, musty smell, dark hall way. We stayed on the top floor, long walk up in dark halls. Very old room, many holes in walls. Very basic. Only soap bars were provided, no shampoo, no coffee, no tea. The apartment has washer, but detergente was not provided either. Not sure if I would recommend this place to any friend. I was a little scare, taken back at first because of the dark hallway, questionable safety.

Amazing view. Even in the loo! Easy self check in and check out. Quiet location. Very helpful owner with great communication. Lots of facilities. Big spacious room with lots of storage. Handy washing machine available. Comfy memory foam pillows.

Where do I begin? No communication from the host. Messaged him 11 times. Nothing. Didn’t meet us on time. Periodically there was NO WATER. Lied about upgrade. Shower tiny. Bed was rock hard. No way to return keys.

Million Dollar View!!

Stunning view of the lake makes the apartment a joy. Large comfortable bed and good kitchen. Very short walk to the town centre. Helpful staff with great communication.

To get the view you do need to climb lots of stairs outside and inside but it's worth it.
