Our hosts were the best. They waited for us to arrive at 1am and even fetched us from the ferry terminal and were so helpful during our stay.

The beds are very comfortable. Even the sofa bed is amazingly comfortable; never seen a sofa bed this comfortable before. Natalia was very pleasant and helpful. Also, plenty of coffee, tea, sugar and even nice olive oil and balsamic vinegar are provided.
Location is very good and apartment is spotless clean.
The check in was quite difficult. I didn’t receive any information about checking in before arrival. The address is not accurate at all. I had to call and be on the phone with Natalia for more than 20m in the rain while climbing the stairs uphill carrying my luggage. Check in was a nightmare.
Also, check out is just too early at 10 am. For people on vacation, this is not reasonable. However, they provide a place to store the luggage.

Appartamento in pieno centro ma in un vicolo molto tranquillo.
Arredo sobrio ma funzionale, cucina attrezzata.
Essendo in inverno abbiamo apprezzato molto aver trovato la casa già calda all'arrivo.
Host molto disponibile e gentilissima.
Consiglierei il cambio del materasso e un'occhiata in più alla pulizia dei piatti.
Mancando il bidet si potrebbe ovviare con una doccietta vicino al wc.
