Apartment Roncati is a bright and comfortable 37 sq.mt one bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a house owned in the center of the village. Convenient location that allows you to easily reach all means of transport, shops, bars, restaurants and gardens.
The apartment has a kitchen / living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, 2 balconies and a bathroom with a shower.
The nicely furnished apartment is well equipped with: crockery of various kinds, 4-burner stove, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, hairdryer, TV with satellite channels, central heating, air conditioning, bed linen bathroom and kitchen, detergents for cleaning and bath soaps.
On the ground floor there is a common laundry area with two apartments.

Natalina was excellent to work with. Apartment was one block off the top of Bellagio. Excellent location, very quiet and safe. Did not visit a winery though. JG 10/25.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The photos on the website do not do it justice. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio! Our apartment was so comfortable and in a perfect location -- close to downtown but one street back from the crowds so it was quiet and peaceful. We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony each morning and evening. Natalina was a fantastic host, meeting us at the ferry to walk us to the apartment and show us around. She even baked us muffins! We highly recommend!

The most organized apartment I have ever stayed in, Natalina was incredible and we absolutely loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend!
