Beatrice is a practical and comfortable 37 sq.mt one bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a house in the center of the village. Its location is convenient because it allows you to reach in a few steps all means of transport, shops, bars, restaurants, entrance to the gardens, church, tourist office, etc.
The apartment has a kitchen / living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower.
The nicely furnished apartment is well equipped with: crockery of various kinds, 4-burner stove, electric oven and microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, hairdryer, TV with satellite channels, central heating, air conditioning, linen for bathroom and kitchen , detergents for cleaning and bath soaps.
On the ground floor there is a laundry area common to the two apartments equipped with detergent.

We rated the “winery experience” in order to proceed with this review. But there was “NO Winery experience” as part of this apartment rental agreement.The apartment amenities, location and Host Natalina were all outstanding! Highly recommend!

A wonderful little apartment with a location that couldn’t be better! It is truly in the heart of historical downtown Bellagio - minutes away by walking to ferry dock, as well as wonderful cafes and restaurants. Natalina and her husband were extremely warm, friendly and helpful at check-in and throughout the stay.

Natalina & Angelo were there for us at a moment's notice when I accidently blew a fuse. They met us at the ferry and carried out luggage showed us where everything was and couldn't have been more helpful. Perfect location for a perfect holiday stay. Apt was very clean and comfortable
