The apartment is just a stone’s throw from Villa Melzi and its iconic botanical garden, and a few meters from Loppia Beach, a rare gem on the lake that’s within walking distance. The small village surrounding the house still retains the historic charm of the harbor and the ancient Larian boats, offering unique views and a romantic atmosphere.
The apartment is part of a small complex overlooking the greenery and the typical stone houses of Bellagio. The interiors are tastefully designed and functional.

- Train from Milan to Como Lago, then bus C130 to Bellagio (often crowded during peak season) (Bus stop 50 meters from the house, across from Hotel Silvio)
- Train from Milan to Como Lago, then ferry to Bellagio (often crowded during peak season) (followed by a 15-minute uphill walk)
