The front office staff were great and extremely helpful. I got lost when driving to the property, the young brilliant staff were able to use my cell phone to navigate me remotely to get to the office to check in. Then he encouraged us to enjoy the excellent well maintained swimming pool, it was great! They are also very helpful allowing us to use the laundry drier after office hours..... I wish that there is an English instruction on how to use the Laundry washer machine in the unit.
None.

The apartment was centrally located in Bellagio, close to restaurants, shops and the ferry station. It was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The host provided us with a lovely goodie basket on arrival. They were also very accommodating and assisted us with transport to a nearby hotel with our luggage on departure at no extra cost.
There was nothing we did not like about the property.
