Perfect base to explore a beautiful town.

Comfortable apartment in the centre of beautiful Bellagio with great facilities and some much appreciated groceries on arrival (water, milk, pasta, sauce, breakfast items). The staff were incredibly welcoming and communicated clearly before my arrival. The perfect home from which to explore the town and lakes.

Perfect location. Very clean! It has everything you would need in the kitchen and the bathroom! They even have to washer machine to do laundry! The beds are comfortable too! Excellent place to stay!

Wonderful stay in an amazing apartment in Bellagio

Beautiful apartment in the best street in Bellagio. The view from the balcony to the busiest street below is wonderful, just sitting and people watching was amazing.The location is the best we’ve stayed in Bellagio. The apartment was perfect for a couple, it had everything we needed. The pool was an added bonus and so beautifully designed, the bar at the pool and the whole pool area is absolutely stunning, we had a wonderful afternoon here. We would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing stay and Dennis is the best!

I don’t believe the pictures do it justice. It is the most adorable little apartment. The layout is comfortable and cozy. The window views immerse you into Italy.

Take into consideration that the room is at the top of the town. All those stairs are not for the weak specially with suitcases in the sun

Had a pleasant stay.

It’s centrally located in Bellagio. Ferry terminal is 7/8 minutes walk. One small grocery store is near the apartment and big stores are 20 minutes walk from the apartment. Syria and Yassin were helpfulz

Shower enclosure is too small, had to struggle to take shower. There’s no air conditioner in the apartment but one cooler is there which is noisy and you have to keep the window open to keep the cooler’s ventilation pipe outside.

Portable air conditioner unit sits next to bed with a hose sticking out the open window to keep bedroom reasonably comfortable climate. But unit is noisy and open window reits I’m. Lot of outdoor noise all night and early morning

Lack of air conditioning ruined experience.

Location

There was no functioning air con despite being advertised as an air con apartment, made the nights very uncomfortable and slept poorly. Disappointing given cost of accommodation and unfortunately made overall stay less enjoyable.

Highly recommend this place and their amazing staff

We had difficulty with travel arrangements due to a land slip on the rail line and received so much help and support from staff. They even met us off the bus in the rain at 8pm and drove us to the apartment which had a lovely welcome basket and everything we needed. Great location too!

Nice stay in a central location that was quiet at nights, but close enough to restaurants.

Central location and fully equiped kitchen. Although it was very central, it was quiet at night. It had a nice small balcony that you could look out at what was happening. There were a few nice shops nearby. The beds were comfortable and there were coffee pods provided.

No complaints about anything. Everything seemed to work properly.

Lovely, bijou apartment right in the centre of town. Close to fantastic pasta and gelato shops. Extremely helpful and friendly staff - the reception is a little way beyond the apartment, and yes you do have to drive along the pedestrian street if you arrive by car - the garage is next to reception, at the end of the street on the right.

Apartment definitely looks better than the pictures. Centrally located..shops and restaurants right outside the door. Check in was easy and quick. Arianna was lovely and provided us with plenty of information. Would love to come back again!

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a central base in beautiful Bellagio.

It is very central. Very well appointed. Very comfortable. Nicely furnished. The facility staff were always available to assist.

WiFi didn’t work - the staff did try their best to fix it and it was not their fault. They offered to let me work from their offices if needed, which was a short distance from the apartment. It was difficult to get a technician out over the weekend to fix it. Unfortunately, data reception in the apartment was almost non-existent so this was an issue for us.

Superb

Central Location within walking distance of everything you need in Bellagio Great host who was very responsive and always available for help during our stay. Gave us great recommendations for restaurants, was very flexible around our needs, and even personally drove us to an excursion we wished to do which was extremely kind! The flat has everything you need for a short stay and served its purpose well. Great value for money, and towels and spare kitchen accessories provided. Clean upon arrival, will definitely stay again.

Bellagio was very quiet whilst we visited so not so much of a problem for us, but it can be noisy as the apartment is close to the church and the church bells chime early in the morning. Not a problem for us as we wake early but for others it may be.

Geweldige locatie! Midden in het centrum

Midden in het oude centrum van Bellagio, goed verzorgd met luxe van een zwembad bij de receptie (niet bij je appartement, maar 150m lopen). Snelle service bij probleem aan airco.

Slaapbank was wat minder maar wel te doen, laminaatvloer in badkamer had waterschade maar was nog wel te doen.
