Beautiful apartment and good location, we stay again!

Property was beautiful! We were met by Marco who answered all questions and gave us a map of the area, a very nice touch. The property was clean and the location was very nice, just a 12-15 walk to the heart of Bellagio. They even left a welcome basket with some goodies which was a very nice tough.

AC was only in the master bedroom, it would have been nice to have thought out the apartment. Also, Wi-Fi does not work at all in master bedroom.

It was a bit of a walk into the centre of Bellagio but we didn’t mind at all - it was a lovely walk

Spacious but noisy villa, walking distance from town.

It was a roomy and spacious property, close to a bus stop and a small café at a gas station where we could get coffee. The view from the room, while it did not include any lake or water views, was territorial and lovely. It had a washing machine and a dryer rack, which were very welcome. Our nice host Syria came to pick us up from the ferry and deliver us to the property, which was appreciated.

The most difficult thing was the street noise. It is on the primary road into town, so every motorcycle and delivery truck swings right by under your window. It was a shame on such lovely cool nights to keep everything locked tight against the noise.It was a good 20 minute walk up the hill from Town, so we had to more strategically plan our activities. The Wi-Fi kept dropping, even from the main room. It never would connect in the bedroom.

Property is spotlessly clean. It is really well equipped with everything you need. Lovely touch of a welcome pack of food on arrival. Beautiful mountain views from the windows as our apartment was right at the top of the house.

Nothing! Though there were 5 flights of steps up to our apartment so you need to be mobile, and a car made the journey into town easier. It’s about a 20 minute walk which is lovely (unless the rain is pouring down as it was when we were there!)

Good stay in Bellagio. Everything you need. Need to walk a little.

Very clean . Very warm and friendly welcome with local food gifts . You have all you need for a good stay in Bellagio. The apartment is very nice inside . You can walk everywhere from this place . Public transportation also available. Grocery store very close.

There is free parking next to the property but maybe hard to find a spot during the day. The building from the outside looks a little old style , religious building type.

Gorgeous experience , I miss Bellaggio already

The property is bigger than what the photos show and we got a welcome baskets with biscuits , pasta , tomato sauce , protein bar etc , which was very appreciated . I love the rear terrace of the building and the view from the windows of the apartment is simply breathtaking. The mattress is very comfy and exactly what I needed after a long day of walking / exploring . The place was spotless and in a good location , about 20-25 mins walk from the town central and it’s simply beautiful to just walk from there to town and back , even at night time is extremely safe . The staff of Holidays Apartments were absolutely friendly , professional , kind and made my staying pleasant and helped me whenever I needed assistance. If you ever need support , just get in touch with them and they will assist you. I cannot recommend them enough . I will definitely book again this apartment, I had an amazing time in Bellaggio . Thank you so much for having us .

10/10 stay in Bellagio

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The view is stunning. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked. We really appreciated them picking us up from the ferry station! It was a serious life saver with all our luggage. The backyard has lovely outdoor seating space. The location is near Bellagio center without being downtown. It is a 20 minute or so walk with lovely views. This location is near 2 great supermarkets as well. We had no issues.

No issues, I would stay again. Just want to note that it would be nice to stock with trash bags (maybe we didn't see them) and everything was super clean but the floors maybe needed mopped. My brand new white slippers were dirty after just using them in the apartment.

Nice accomodation in Bellagio

Very clean, there is everything you need , the kitchen is great , everything possible u need is there. Nature is stunning, there is a welcome gift, like pasta, cookies, toast, and they are very, very helpful young people, nice and available at every moment. I do not have enough compliments to give them. Location is ok, 10 min walking distance to town ... There is also a washing machine. Enough towels.Super.

We had a lovely stay.

Beautiful views. Comfortable apartment. Peaceful location with green hillside to the back. Could not hear traffic once windows were shut. Having a washing machine was very helpful. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Yassine picked us up from the ferry with our bags. Pleasant walk into town. Some distance away from tourist crowds. Close to Pescallo. Sweet smelling flowers downstairs.

Dark curtains would be good because there is a sports field close by with bright lights at night.

Nice flat, but...

The apartment was spacious for two of us. It was well equipped. The woman who showed us in was friendly and helpful.

It is on a very busy road, so you don't want to open the windows. Not easy to sleep without ear plugs. We couldn't make the toilet flush without removing the lid of the cistern. We informed the agent on the first day, but nothing changed by the time we left on the fourth day.

We were well welcomed by Andrea and Arianna who were very nice, friendly and available for us. Thanks to their reactivity and kindness, we had a great time in Bellagio. Regarding the apartment, it was very comfortable. We had the chance to have a beautiful and peaceful landscape. I will definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family and will come back for sure!! Grazie Mille!!

A nice mountain home

Beautiful view of the mountains and a nice host who answered all our questions and gave us suggestions of things to do. They also came to pick us up which was appreciated since it's a bit of a walk up when you have a lot of luggage. It was close to two supermarkets with a good selection of things. A nice beach was located within a 15 minute walk!

There's no AC so it was quite warm, especially at night because we had to close the windows so no bugs could get in.

Perfect from beginning to end thanks to a host who made everything hassle free!

Location is as advertised slightly further out of the centre, but it doesn’t matter at all! It is only a 20 minute walk. Perfect to walk off lunch/dinner. Our host kindly offered to collect us with our luggage from the centre. Then kindly took us back down & let us keep our baggage in the Bellagio centre apartments. This gave us a whole extra day on the lake. We are so thankful for this!!!

Great location, super friendly host and great value for money.

Great location and value for money. The host Arianna was amazing and spoke fantastic English which was super helpful with our limited Italian. Definitely go with her recommendations which were some great suggestions. The place itself was very clean and cozy and super easy to reach from Bellagio, it was about a 20 minute walk. Arianna was kind enough to give us a lift with our suitcase on the way in which was very helpful.

Only a couple of even better ifs. the toilets and shower were a bit temperamental. The shower head was slightly coming apart so it sprayed water all over the place, but only minor issues
