Lovely Italian apartment managed by a caring host

We stayed only for 2 nights. There was a free parking lot next to the building. The property was exactly as what we expect in a small Italian village. Host has put lot of effort in the property and all processes are well explained. There is about 20 to 25 min walk toward the Ferry port and there is no issue to walk down. Coming back up you may need good shoes and motivation.

Nothing about the property or surrounding area or the host. All perfectly fine. I would prefer to take the taxi if it is late in the night. We found a lovely taxi driving us back to the property. She knows the area by heart. So add some 20 EUR in the budget or take the walk.

Nice, large apartment with gorgeous mountain views! Spacious bath. Super clean and comfy! Out of the hustle and bustle of town in a quaint hamlet piazza. The walk to town is beautiful and refreshing (it is uphill coming back)

My favourite stay during our vacation.

The roomy apartment is charming, clean and comfortable. Every possible need has been considered and provided for. The views of the mountains are beautiful. It is a hike to the town centre - though personally I was happy to be at a distance from the herds of tourists and souvenir shoppers. It is an easy drive down the hill to the lake and parking is plentiful. We had fun exploring the pathways through the neighborhood. The pub across the street is friendly and accommodating and is great spot for a nightcap or dinner.

Casa Bellagina was a wonderful home away from home. The apartment has everything you could possibly want and the position is about 2km up the road from Bellagio so away from the maddening crowd. Exceptional!

There is nothing we did not like. We had a car and parking was available very close. We would not really recommend the property to anyone without a car as it is a long steep walk down to Bellagio.

A very well equipped and comfortable apartment near Bellagio. It was located in a quiet residential area just outside the town. There were beautiful mountain views from the living room.

If you don't have a car it would be difficult to get around.

Location was very confusing because google map was not showing correct location and host was at work and unable to talk over the phone very hard to find the location

Great self contained spot to base yourself in for the Lake Como area

Easy access to apartment which was very well equipped. Definitely recommend arrival by car. Cool little township with great coffee shop directly underneath. Had everything we needed. We left a pair of shoes behind and worked with Sally to get them back to us in Spain - Thank you Sally for that - very appreciated as was the complimentary bottle of wine.

All the pictures match the experience, plenty of room, all the extras like phone chargers & adapters were great. Lovely patisserie down stairs and pizza from the pub.

Would be great to have some fresh milk in the fridge and it noisy at night (not what was expected), with a distressed dog and motor bikes

The apartment is located about 2 km from the centre of Bellagio and up a hill. But there is a nice little community around. A couple of very good restaurants, 2 bars, a deli downstairs for morning coffee and a minimarket- its a great little location

The only thing that was not so good for us is the condition of the sofa bed, as it is a little bit old is not comfortable at all. I really recommend the place for 4 people, not more than that.

Exactly what you need for a stay in the mountains. Spacy rooms, flat equipped with everything (from plates to tv to cookware), and a very cool atmosphere. Host very helpful explaining in detail how to get the keys. Would come back any time!

in these apartments everything is thought out to the smallest detail, you can feel the soul of the hostess, who surrounded the whole house with care! excellent location - the view is breathtaking, the morning started on the balcony, in the evening by the fireplace…. a huge selection of books! we were very happy to stay here! I recommend 100000 % !!! ❤️❤️❤️

Good location!

Very close to Bellagio,only 5 minutes by car.Casa Bellagina is a very good choice if you want to avoid the noisy and very expensive Bellagio. We were a family of 4 and we would stay again for sure. The house is very cozy and fully equipped for someone who wants to stay for a lot of nights feeling like home. Sally had taken care of all the details and she offered complimentary a bottle of wine!

I would suggest air conditioning for the hot days of summer.Fans were not enough when we have stayed.
