Really wonderful stay in central Bellagio. Fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable communal space for the two rooms. Responsive and welcoming host.

We adored Bellagio and this apartment was a homey enjoyment with everything you could need and in the perfect location!

It has a most convenient location to public transportation, restaurants and boutiques. I would return and recommend to others.

The shower is on the small size but this is typical to Italy old style and the primary bed could be higher quality but not a deal breaker.

Local, authentic, family piazza feeling with the balcony and terrace with 100 year old grape vine. Also being right in the heat of things in Bellagio. So close to the lake.

Il Cortiletto was nicely furnished, well stocked, and very close to the water. I have been renting apartments for many years, and Elisabetta was, by far, the best host. This is a fabulous apartment.

Perfect apartment that had everything we needed and more! Located in a prime location in the centre of Bellagio, it offers a tranquil oasis with an amazing outdoor terrace and even a view of Lake Como 😍 Elisabetta was so lovely and accomodating!! Truely an amazing place to stay xxx

we loved our stay, the apartmen was in the perfect location and had a gorgeous terrace to enjoy

Elizabetta was really easy to communicate with, quick and responsive and met us at the apartment whenever we arrived. no drama or hassle and made the start of the trip a great experience.

we got a little lost on the way - up the stairs, perhaps a picture of where to turn and the outside would have helped.

Exceptional

The location in Bellagio is perfect. Up a short flight of stairs from the Lake's edge is this wonderful spacious apartment complete with a little patio to sit outside and enjoy the sun. The ferries leave from in front of the stairs so the location is perfect for getting round Lake Como to visit other towns . Elisabetta is a fantastic host and little things like the provision of tea and coffee, oil, salt and pepper are really appreciated when staying in self catering accommodation. My daughter also loved the complimentary slippers provided. Having Netflix was also a bonus. We did a wonderful cooking class with Elisabetta too- making our own raviolli and tiramisu, so well worth doing. Would definitely return to Bellagio and this little gem.

Perfect for a short stay in Bellagio, would stay again!

It was very simple, the key was in a lock box. The apartment was a little hard to find at night because the cobble streets all look the same, but in the day time it was very simple! The apartment itself is so beautiful, the kitchen has almost every amenities. The rooms are spacious, Elisabetta is a delight! She also provided us with slippers, which I thought was very sweet! The apartment is within close proximity of everything in Bellagio. The ferry port is roughly 4 min walk or less !

The bedroom was little bit dusty, I was sneezing a bit at first. There were construction everywhere, but this is probably because it was low season not the apartment's fault! I would have liked to do some laundry, I don't think it had a washing machine.

Magique.

L’emplacement était parfait, à peine 2 min pour prendre le bateau, premier restaurant au pied de l’appartement et directement dans la ville de quoi pouvoir faire tout a pied. L’appartement était décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel. Elisabetta était toujours là des qu’on lui pose une question. Elle répond à tout, elle nous a donné de très bon conseil sur les chose à faire les restaurant. Nous ne sommes reste que deux jours grâce à ses conseils nous avons aménagé nos journée afin de pouvoir voir plein de chose.
