The house is amazing! Very clean, great design, comfortable and convenient! Comfortable beds! Great host, responsive and attentive! The best part is the location and the view to Lago di Como from the top of the hill! It has a parking and it is only 5-7 minutes from the center of Bellagio. Thank you Rosanne for being such a great host!

High standards, isolated and private bnb

I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The spacious rooms offered a perfect blend of comfort and privacy, making it an ideal retreat. It’s quite isolated, allowing to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of nature. With high-standard facilities throughout, I felt pampered and well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. A Strong WiFi, and private car parking space. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the lake from the property. Waking up each morning to such a picturesque landscape was truly a delight. Sources

This is the perfect place for a relaxing trip to Lake Como. We would absolutely come again.

We’ve just got back from Cottage Rose and our stay was perfect. The hosts are lovely and responsive, the cottage was clean, open plan and extremely cosy and comfortable. The best part is the balcony/garden as the view is incredible. It was lovely to come back from a busy day and take in the views on the balcony and play games and enjoy a night cap. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had the best night sleep! The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need - including wasp spray which came in handy. The hosts also left prosecco, water and some staple foods for when you arrive which is lovely! The cottage is just a 5 min drive to Bellagio, which has great ferry access to the rest of Lake Como. There’s also a secret beach (photo below) just a 5 min drive down the hill where you can swim or eat at the snack bar - perfect for an after dinner swim at sunset.

We’re a very active couple but chose to take the car out to get anywhere due to the steep hills and lack of paths - this wasn’t an issue I’d just recommend that people hire a car. Be careful not to let hornets in the house, we left the door open by accident and 3 hornets came in - luckily we found some wasp spray in the garage which solved the problem.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Cottage Rose car, quoique proche du tumulte de Bellagio, le logement se trouve dans un endroit très calme avec chant des cigales. Tout était parfait à l'intérieur : chambres fraîches pour dormir avec une bonne literie, une grande salle de bains... tout est pensé et bien décoré et rien n'a manqué (pas même le lait pour le petit déjeuner ni l'eau fraiche et la bouteille de Prosecco !). Quant au jardin et à la terrasse avec vue sur le lac : que du bonheur !

Parfait

Les petites attentions de la part du propriétaire sont le petit plus qui fait la différence. L’amabilité du propriétaire (même à distance) est appréciable. Rien à redire, c’est un logement propre, confortable et neuf. L’entretien extérieur est également très satisfaisant. Le logement est situé au calme, à l’écart du tumulte de la foule et du bruit, presque au cœur de la forêt donnant sur une vue du lac en contrebas. C’est une adresse à retenir, je recommande vivement.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Es stehen 3 Möglichkeiten zur Kaffezubereitung zur Verfügung, incl. Kapseln für die Lavazzamachine. Eine kleine Waschmaschine (incl. Waschmittel) ist vorhanden und war für uns sehr nützlich. Wir wurden zwar nicht persönlich begrüßt, aber alles war schön vorbereitet, einschließlich einer kleinen Überraschung im Kühlschrank und Sachen für das Frühstück. Wir haben das Haus und den wunderbaren Blick auf den Comer See sehr genossen.

Fantasztikus kilátás, gyönyörű tiszta, mindennel felszerelt teljesen felújított.

A szálláshoz nem kértünk reggelit, a házigazda mégis biztosította a reggelihez a kávét és pirított kenyeret, a hűtőben is találtunk behűtőtt italokat! Ezúton is köszönjük!

Etäisyydet ruokapaikkoihin ja kauppaan sen verran pitkät että auto välttämätön. Majoituksen löydettävyys on ensimmäisellä kerralla haastava voisi olla pari opaste kylttiä viimeisissä risteyksissä!? Vain yksi suihkullinen kylpyhuone vaikka kuvauksessa mainittu kaksi, yläkerrassa on pelkkä wc?

Trop compliqué pour se rendre à Bellagio

Le cottage est très propre, une jolie vue , bien emménagé. Maïs trop loin de Bellagio , à pied c’est très sportif et nous sommes pourtant des randonneurs, en voiture Bellagio c’est compliqué pour se garer sauf tôt le matin, il n’y a rien à côté du cottage.

L’établissement ne se trouve pas à Bellagio, cette dénomination est fausse. Attention aux moustiques tigres, l’endroit en est infesté .
