Perfect for family

We had a fabulous stay, the accommodation was fantastic.

Strategically location was good except for the steep hill walking back to the apartment. Can be challenging if you’re not an active person. The apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen, laundry, great shower facilities, very modern interior, very comfortable & clean. The apartment smells nice and fresh. Great views of the Lake from a window of the living area. Beautiful private garden. Rosanna was very informative, helpful and very attentive with our needs. Good and clear instructions with directions and keys etc. Guest Book is very informative with the various coloured keys. Very good and accommodating host, provided us with a food essentials, a box of pasta, breakfast jams, Italian dried toasts. They even offered us late checkout free of charge💐. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect Bellagio getaway

Lovely little apartment, has everything you could need. Comfy beds, nice garden and even food for a dinner. It’s about 25 minutes walk to Bellagio, with ups and downs there and back. Not suitable for people with disabilities or small kids. We knew this when we booked, but this was good as we needed a car parking place. If you have a Range Rover you might find it difficult to fit in!

Cozy, clean stay near the center of Bellagio. Nice host who provided everything we needed!

This was our first stay during our 2 week trip to Italy and it set our standards pretty high. The apartment was so cozy, clean and spacious. There was a beautiful terrace outside and you could see the lake from a window in the living room. We communicated with our kind host via text, and she even left us snacks, juices, wine, and milk upon our arrival. The center of Bellagio would have been walkable, but it poured rain the whole time we were there so we drove our rental car into town. We would stay here again.

There were a lot of keys to keep figuring out since there was a gate and 2 different doors to unlock to get in, but this made the property feel safe.

Exceptional stay

The apartment was so well stocked, there was everything you could need there from coffee pods to washing machine liquid. The beds were comfortable and only a 5 min walk to the lake front of San Giovanneand 5 min walk to bus stop into Bellagio, you can walk into town but its roughly 30 mins

The car park space was tight, but that's all

Perfect stay in Como lake

Very cosy, clean and comfortable apartment. Pretty garden for privat use with garden furniture. It has everithing what you need- kitchen equipment, towels, umbrellas, hairdryer. Located in small peaceful village San Giovanni. Its about 5 minutes walk to nearby bus stop to Bellagio.

Nothing😊Its a little bit far away to market, area is also hilly so maybe not good idea for family with small children. Its about 30 minutes walk to get to Bellagio.

Perfect place to feel yourself home

Very comfortable apartment and a kind host. Apartment includes everything you need in general life, so you can really feel you like at home (the only one detail which lacks is a slippers :)) . Special thanks for the washing machine with the dryer, what saved us in such an unpredictable rainy weather 👍 Everything was perfectly clean and fully equipped. We really cought a home flashbacks there. Thank you! 👋

Would advise to have your own transportation for this location And don't forget slippers as it could be a little cold keramics But in general everything is perfect!

recommend this apartment , you won’t be disappointed

we just loved this apartment , everything was catered for us , the host even left items for our first meal , bottle of wine , milk tea and coffee and biscuits , ideal after a long day travelling , saved us going back out to do shopping This apartment is in a rural setting , but only 10min walk down the road to bus stop into Bellagio for very prompt regular bus service or you could walk in 25 min ( lovely walk ) The apartment has a beautiful sunny garden , with a view of lake Como , where we ate breakfast every morning before setting off on our site seeing for the day There is also a family of 6 donkeys in a field nearby that came to say good morning every day

Perfect for my family

They have everything you need to stay in Bellagio. We had 2 kids with us and everything was good for us. Easy to arrive, get in and also to move around Bellagio. The hosts met us as soon as we arrived and gave us lots of suggestions and information. Very clean, comfortable bed, good air conditioning.

Excelente estadía

Era súper cómodo. La atención de la propietaria que respondía a todas nuestras inquietudes. El hecho de dejar cosas para un buen desayuno, además de tener la posibilidad de contar con una cena, Agus y un champagne, son un plus invalorable. Además , pudimos extender el check out , sin costo alguno. Súper recomendable!!!

Excellente communication. Jardin très agréable ainsi que l’organisation de l’appartement qui est très fonctionnel. Propreté irréprochable. Nombreuse nourriture à disposition pour le petit déjeuner et même un paquet de pâtes et une sauce pour le dîner d’arrivée. Je recommande cet établissement qui est à 20 minutes à pied du centre de Bellagio. Parking à disposition très appréciable et nous avons pu garer notre 3008 sans problème !
