Perfect place for our family

Excellent location, close walk to lake, and a comfortable apartment for our family. Host was very responsive in answering all of our questions.

We stayed in the off season. Many shops are closed in February so not able to fully experience the neighborhood.

perfect!

I LOVED! it is a second floor in a beautiful street, the apartment is VERY CLEAN and comfortable! you have dishes if you want to cook something, table and living room with TV and sofa, windows in bedroom and the host was WONDERFUL all the time answering by whatsapp for any question. I asked ( before my travel ) for having a card and a wine bottle for my husband as a surprise for him... and he did GREAT! also allow us to leave the baggage for one hour more after check in! THKS

Location of apartment is great, step out apartment and have a lovely gelato right away :)

If you are sensitive on sounds - this is not your place. You can hear well all neighbours. Also there is kitchen area - but not even a single plate, just 2 small bowls for cereal - so if you want to cook - will have to eat from frying pan or pot :))

AC very noisy so we had to turn off at night. We didn’t want to open windows due to noise or possible mosquitos. Lighting could have been better. There was a dish towel but no dish cloths for wiping down surfaces. And not enough loo paper…perhaps we should’ve contacted the host, but we chose to buy our own. We appreciated the character of the flat. we also liked the hairdryer and the body wash products. We would stay again if AC noise was reduced.

The location is excellent.Our apartment is comfortable for a family of 5. . Shops and restaurants at door step. Micol went above and beyond, to sort out transport issues.. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, great amenities, property has everything you need. Very comfortable bed and great size, more than enough for 2 people. Host’s instructions were more than helpful.

Location is 100%, off the main street. The appt is very spacious.

- sofabed in the living is very hard and squeaky, so very uncomfortable - A/C in the second bedroom is very loud (heard outside from the master bedroom); so can’t be used at night if you want to sleep peacefully

Quiet, practical little place for family of four, great location, very comfortable, good amenities.

Nice little 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants just steps away--but still a bit tucked away so tourist noise not a problem. We paid for an extra bed but ended up not needing it because the sofabed was large enough to accommodate two people--and the hosts had placed an extra fan there during the heat wave. Kitchen and bathroom both well stocked. Overall comfortable place.

Good location

Location was great. Right in the heart of bellagio and close to the restaurants and cafes and also the ferry point.

Off site parking had to be separately arranged and was a bit of a walk (200+m) uphill cobbled streets. Plus expensive!

Bellagio is a beautiful area. Our stay was good, excellent, apartment needs some attention.

Location was good, though uphill over stone steps difficult to carry luggage. Good communication about how to arrive and get into property. Pleased to have washing machine. Very clean place. Plenty of towels available.

Apartment needs some attention and maintenance. Needs some brightening up. A few things not working: induction stove top broken, ironing board unable to stand upright, beds uncomfortable.

Beautiful Bellagio but be wary of the stairs with luggage.

Centrally located in the middle of Bellagio.

It needs a refreshing. Loose tile on the floor, could not get the TV to work, beds not very comfortable. Slight confusion to enter the apartment through a locked window shutter, this should be clarified in the instructions. Also, owners should clarify for anyone with bags that it is directly up about 100 stairs, not for the elderly or unfit. They should recommend an alternative walking route without the stairs.

Great location, great coms, great stay!

Communication was excellent. We were also offered parking, which was a huge help given how busy it was. Apartment is right in the heart of the town, close to lots of bars and places to eat!

Nice apartment in Belaggio downtown

It is right in downtown. easy access to everywere. The apartment was clean and organized, as in the pictures. Nothing special about it.

after getting the keys from a keybox, it was not clear at all where the main door / entrance was. It was very confusing and I had to call the owner in order to find that out. Maybe some pictures upon arrival could help next guests

Fun, old apartment in the heart of Bellagio.

The bathroom had a terrible smell and no ventilation. The stairs were difficult to drag suitcases up and getting to the apartment via car was almost impossible during the day due to huge crowds of people in the street. Parking was a nightmare and the directions to get up and into the apartment were not clear.
