Marco met us at ferry to carry our bag up the cobbled steps and did the same at end of our stay.
Loved sitting on the balcony early morning and late afternoon after the tourists had left.
Shower was slippery.

Excellent location, right on the middle of Bellagio old town, really close to all amenities. Marco was an excellent host who was there when we arrived and helped us with our luggage. He explained everything really well and was always available if we needed anything or had any questions.
Nothing not to like, perfect for a couple. Mattress was a bit hard for our liking but otherwise good.
You also had to climb a lot of stairs to get to the apartment and you could hear the footsteps from the apartment above and from the staircase.
