Cosy space in Bellagio

The staff was absolutely helpful and friendly. Luggage storage service was provided. Lovely comfortable house, fully equipped with a kitchen.

It's located in the fourth level. Lots of stairs although not a major issue for us.

Dream holidays in Bellagio

We stayed with the Team of Diamond Appartments in Bellagio as Family with 2 children (9 & 11) in the Appartment Il Borgo. Everything about our holiday was absolutely fabulous all of the team hosted us like family members. Help with everything, always a big smile for us and a hug for the kids. Rooms, Appartment, Pool, bar, location,... Just everything was brillant, you could not paint it more beautiful. Mille Grazie for an unforgettable holiday! Irene, Greta, Frida and Chris

This was a great apartment for our family if 5. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

The location of this property was excellent! Right in Bellagio with access to everything. It was well furnished and very clean.

It was a bit confusing to find and you had to drive in a limited traffic zone which made it a little stressful. The host was always available and so helpful!

I would have highly recommended it had there been an elevator.

Everything is great once you enter the apartments. High speed WiFi. Comfortable beds. Thoughtful welcome package.

The lack of an elevator and the third-floor location significantly hindered our luggage transport, especially for my mother who has mobility issues. Although Andrea offered assistance, our late check-in coincided with his departure from work, and we didn't want to inconvenience him after a long day. I regret not checking for an elevator beforehand, as it would have been a major consideration for my mother's comfort. Despite the convenient location, the price seemed excessive, especially given the absence of an elevator and the third-floor apartment. Parking proved challenging, even after paying for a spot. The tight space proved difficult for me, as I'm not skilled at parallel parking. However, this was ultimately a personal issue.

Cozy small apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Cozy apartment in the center of the city. Very kind helpful staff. Helped us with any of our questions. There is a private garage, no problems with parking. The guys at the front desk have great taste in choosing and recommending restaurants.

Due to the central location of the apartment, it is quite noisy at night, the air conditioner is only outdoor in the hall. The building is old so there is no elevator. This did not stop us from getting the maximum pleasure from the apartment, the city, Lake Como and all of Italy in general. I'll leave this information for those who may be important little things.

Fantastic location, beautiful stay.

The location was as central as you can get - right in the heart of the town it was beautiful. The room was very clean and all facilities were functional. Apartment management was fantastic and super helpful, with a great check-in experience and even left a basket of goodies. Could not rate this apartment higher.

No curtains, the room was very hot and bright in the mornings. Air conditioning only in the main living space.

Elegant apartment with view of the alleys

The apartment is spacious enough for 5/6 people. Although the kitchen area is small it is stocked with all that is needed for a short stay. The bathroom is large with washing machine as well. Located in the old part of town is very central and close to restaurants, shops and amenities. Staff is very helpful and can store your luggage at check in and departure

Since The apartment is on the top floor with no lift, it is great if you travel fairly light. When taking a shower make sure no other tap is open and the toilet has not been flushed immediately prior or you will have just a trickle of water in the shower. it is a pity that the couch is peeling as the apartment is new and elegant.

Very clean, nice, good sized apartment in an excellent location. Extremely well equipped for a family. Arianna was very nice and super helpful with suggestions of restaurants etc.

It was a bit hot in the apartment, but that was because we were there during a tremendous heat wave. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room and fans in the bedrooms that helped cool it off. Other than that, the property was terrific!

Excellent location and an ideal stay for a couple of nights.

Situated in the heart of Bellagio you couldn't get much closer to the restaurants and shops. Also close to the ferry terminals. The staff at the reception are always on hand to assist.

Being so close to the centre of town you do pick up some noise if you keep the window open.

Needs Better Air Conditioning

Location is excellent and the apartment is very modern and clean.

No air conditioning. Only a stand alone unit in the front room that has a large vent hose that must be draped out the window thus you can't shut the window and all the cold air just leaks right out the window. The back two bedrooms were so hot we could hardly sleep--and we stayed in June. It will be miserably hot in July and August. They need to put wall units in each room.

Great starting point to experience Lake Como - VERY clean!

We stayed in Apartment No. 7 If Bellagio is the place you want to go to, then the location of the apartment is great. Everything within a few foot steps away. The apartment was very clean. The host Yassine was very friendly and helpful, we could reach him at any time and he gave us great advice. This was our first time at Lake Como and although the location Bellagio was in the aftermath not the right spot for us to start from, you can do tons of things from here: Varenna is a cute little town and only a 10 min ferry ride away Menaggio is a cute town across the river, 15 min ferry ride away Canebbio is the place to where/ and where from the car ferry to Bellagio departs/arrives... very convinient Milano is within a 1 hour 20 minutes drive away (alternativ: ferry to Varenna, then walk to station and take the train - takes you 2 hours to get there and you are limited in the times as I believe the train only goes there every 2 hours) Como is an hour drive away by car (probably you could also go by ferry?) so you see, you can do a lot of day trips. keep in mind we´ve been here during start of October, so this was intended to be more a city hoping trip rather than beach holidays.

No courtains in any room makes you wake up with the sun... if you don´t like that, you´ll have trouble sleeping properly. The mattresses were old and very worn out.... Especially the adult double bed was difficult to sleep in...
