Perfect location. Comfortable apartment. Great communication. Special "extra touches". We were traveling with a 1 year old and requested a crib. Not only did RENZO provide a crib, they also left a stuffed animal and book in the bed. These "extra touches" are what set the apartment apart. We had an excellent stay. Would definitely return.

Bellagio's Renzo apartment was the perfect space for our family of three! The apartment is lovely and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The communication with the manager was excellent, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the lake, which we enjoyed every day. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything we needed, including a short walk to the ferry terminal and some fantastic restaurants. We highly recommend staying here while visiting Bellagio!

This room was in an ideal location for us. You had a view of the water, but the benefit of being at the top of the hill for easy runs to the little groceries, butchers, wine store, pharmacy, etc. The little square it is located on is charming. The church bell rings all day (I love the sound), but it does not ring all night. The bed was extremely comfortable and our room was quiet. They had everything nicely furnished and supplied. Very clean. Christian was readily available when we arrived, checked out, or had any questions. He worked very quickly to try to address a problem with the air conditioning.

This apartment was in the perfect location, clean and exactly what we needed. We brought my 2 year-old and she had a crib and high chair. It was convenient to walk to everything and ft very safe. Would highly recommend!

Overall, we (family of 4) enjoyed and recommend the property. It's steps from the heart of Bellagio - walk to everything - which in my book is worth a lot. Just loved the ease of getting coffee at 7 am and gelato and walking to lake at 10pm. Downstairs is a hotel and restaurant that was not 5 star. It's fine but for as swanky as Bellagio is....if you're looking for old school perfection or a villa like atmosphere just know it's not an A+ in charm. We cooked some meals and enjoyed the extra space that a hotel wouldn't provide. The church bell goes off, it's loud, which is charming and might be a bit much. Bathroom was good, nice shower, though we were only left 1 spare roll of TP (hello bidet!). It was 95 degrees so we did miss a pool to cool off but there's that lake so... Plusses: Beautiful view, nice modern space, comfortable beds, good shower, great location right in town, kitchen well stocked, easy check in, good AC in living room. Minuses: lights in hall/stairway turn off automatically - an issue at night, no garbage service, back bedroom smelled bad at times maybe due lack of ventilation, no AC in bedrooms, we ran out of tp (only 1 spare provided), stairs, no balcony.

Clean and modern. Small balcony in back. Kitchen had sugar, salt, olive oil, coffee, to help with cooking even though we never did cook. Delightful stay. Could have used an extra towel as they were thin. Otherwise perfect.

We would be sure to stay here again. No need to look elsewhere. Incredible location and views of the lake & town. The property is exactly as the pictures show. Very newly renovated. Parking is a bit challenging, but we knew that in advance. Since it's a car-less central area, we needed to drop our bags and park elsewhere, walking back. If we didn't have a car, it would have been a hassle-free stay. We noticed a few ants during our stay, but nothing we couldn't deal with. I'm sure that our hosts would have helped deal with them, if we had asked. FYI, it's on the third floor with no elevator, so if you mind using stairs, don't book this.

The property is in an excellent location, with a beautiful view and an easy walk to restaurants, stores, and transportation. It was spotless, beautifully renovated and equipped and comfortably furnished. We would definitely recommend it. The downside was getting into it. Our understanding (per emails when we booked) was that Chicco would meet us to show us to the apartment, give us the key, etc. I texted him from Como but when we arrived at the bus terminal there was no one to meet us. It had been a long travel day and we are four women in our 70's lugging suitcases and having not a clue where to go. A friendly cab driver pointed us towards #21, where there was no one to let us in. I had to make an international call to his mobile before he arrived. The sofa bed was not made up (promised by email) and later in the week Chicco could not be reached when we needed help with the dishwasher. Klabhouse personnel Lucy, Sara and Simone were very helpful while booking, answering multiple questions. The key situation needs to be improved.
