Excellent apartment.

Excellent stay. The apartment is spacious, airy, and very well located, with a great view and convenient parking. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some biscuits, which was a thoughtful and very kind gesture. The host was always available, responding quickly to our messages and assisting us with great friendliness. I would definitely recommend this place, and without a doubt, I will stay here again when I return to Bellagio.

The only improvement I would suggest is fully closing the shower enclosure, as some water splashes into the bathroom during showers.

Thank you for the visit

We arrived at the apartment for two nights — the host was very kind and attentive. It was clean and spacious, great location about a 15-minute walk from the center and a 5-minute drive from the supermarket. The balconies were gorgeous with a beautiful view

The bed in the room with the balcony wasn’t very comfortable and made some noise. We also recommend adding more lighting, as the apartment was quite dark even during the day.

VERY COMFY & CLEAN APARTMENT!!!

Very fresh. Looks like a new property. We stayed at Brezza, which is on the second floor. Very comfortable & welcoming host Mr Enrico. A sparkling red with compliments of Mr Enrico welcomed us, which was an excellent wine.

The hotel was in a perfect location; within walking distance to everything.

The location was perfect. An easy walk into town and all the restaurants, shopping, ferry, etc.

The stairs were a bit of a challenge with large luggage. I was also expecting a room with a balcony.

An amazing stay at a beautiful apartment - highly recommended

The location was great, a 5 minute walk to town with a view of the lake. There is a large terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs and drying rack. The apartment was a quirky little place in the loft of the building, it is a beautiful place. We were left a gift of wine and the most delicious biscuits. We were met on arrival to show us around the apartment, access was gained using a key code which was great as we didn't need to carry keys around and we could access the apartment separately if we didn't spend the whole day together

Nothing really, everything we needed was provided. There was quite a bit of noise around the apartment but this is totally out of the owners control (there are many noisy motorbikes around Como and they did race past the apartment and a neighbour had a dog that barked at all hours). It didn't cause a problem for us and if you have a decent set of earplugs it does not affect your stay at all.

Had a lovely time, I recommend it!

The house was very clean and cozy. We were staying 6 people in the third floor and it was quite spacious with a big balcony with amazing views. It’s 15-20 minute walk to the city center and a 10 minute walk to the closest supermarket. We needed to communicate with the host 2-3 times and he was always helpful.

Our only issue was that from the photos and the booking description it wasn’t clear that the third floor is a studio, so all 6 people stay at the same room. I would suggest maybe to add a paravan between some of the beds to have more privacy.

The apartment was well equipped, extremely comfortable, and located close to town, restaurants, activities and grocery stores. The beds were heaven as was the AC - a relief during the very hot week we were there!

Great central place to visit Lake Como with family!

We spent a week in this apartment as a family of four. The place is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, secure, with a large terrace and air conditioning – which was a lifesaver on hot days. Parking or a garage is also available for guests. The host was very kind and helpful. When I needed a keyboard, he generously lent me his own. I truly recommend this apartment with a terrace – it’s a great spot to relax. Nearby, there’s a small pier where you can enjoy a coffee and take a swim in the lake. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Pro tip: At certain hours, especially in the evening, reaching the apartment directly via Google Maps may not be possible, likely due to an active ZTL zone. A good workaround is to set the nearby gas station as your destination – the apartment is just 100–200 m from there. During the day, navigation usually works fine.

The only downside: around 11 p.m., some motorcycles or scooters can be quite noisy, but it lasts only a few moments.

stunning views in a charming apartment

apartment is beautiful and rooftop terrace with views of the lake was stunning. i planned my proposal to my now fiancé on the terrace and it was absolutely perfect. host left a nice bottle of wine and some cookies for our arrival. host was very responsive to messages and provided some nice recommendations for Bellagio. washer is great but wish it also was a dryer

air conditioning didn't work correctly the first night and apartment was quite warm. i messaged the host about it and they came to fix it the next morning, although it still wasn't very strong and the room stayed relatively warm (we stayed in June when it was ~90F). walls are pretty thin and it was easy to hear other guests coming/going as well as cars driving on the road even late into the night. it is about a 15min walk from the center of Bellagio and a bit uphill one way - definitely warm during the summer.

Access to the top floor apartment is via stairs. It’s not a dislike as it can’t be avoided - merely stating that guests needs to be prepared to go up a set of spiral steps (not high) when accessing the top floor apartment.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Only about 10 mins walking distance to the downtown and popular areas. I really like the large balcony with amazing view of the como lake. I think this is the best selling point for this stay. I'm attaching few pictures I took in the balcony in the evening. There is a washing machine (laundry) inside the apartment so it's easy for people to do laundry.

The shower room is not completely sealed so water will splash outside.

Great location , beautiful apartment !

I rented the Aurora room, it was immaculate. Great location , 10 min from the main town and ferries , 10 min walk to the supermarket and there was a restaurant across the street which was good and a take away cafe where we got our cappuccinos and cannolis everyday . The apartment was perfect , had everything we needed, Enrico gave us the code to the door before we go there and he even left us a bottle of wine and cookies . He was also great with communicating via whats app. I would definitely recommend this apartment. The views were amazing, the area was nice not too busy but not too quite.

Beautiful and modern house close to Bellagio center.

Enrico was a great host, he wrote us to let us know how to get to the property, how to use the garage and the door key code. He received us with a welcome gift and had everything clean and organized. Coffee, tea, even some snacks were offered complimentary, it was a very nice detail.

Comfortable and clean

Location is great, an easy 10-15 min walk to the center of Bellagio. The flat is very comfortable (we stayed in the Aurora flat) and has a nice view. Hosts left a bottle of wine and delicious cookies for us, and communication was great. Everything was extremely clean :)

We only had 1 roll of toilet paper for for days, 4 people. Also, no dishwashing liquid. I would kindly suggest adding a small wardrobe in the main room and a small shelving unit in the bathroom.
