Beautiful apartment in the best location in Bellagio. Comfortable, clean, with a beautiful pool and amazing host. The secret beach and restaurant and bar across the road make this special. It's easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Bellagio. Five minutes to San Giovanni too. Perfect, could not have been better.

A wonderful relaxing stay in a lovely apartment close to the lake in Bellagio!

Manuele and Giorgia were so helpful, leaving plenty of information to help us during our stay. The apartment was spotless with lots of lovely touches like a welcome pack and amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The pool area was perfect! Great proximity to the lake too.

Lovely stay in San Giovanni

The property was beautiful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hosts left pasta, cookies and a bottle of prosecco, which was very kind. The house was stocked with coffee and all we could have needed. The pool was great for our kids. This place was perfect for our family of 4. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the center of Bellagio, but we enjoyed the walk and enjoyed being in a quieter area. The hosts were very responsive. Overall excellent experience, highly recommend this place.

Fantastic, clean, comfortable, great pool.

The pool was awesome to have! We went in every day after exploring! It is clean, hosts were helpful and has necessities for cooking. We will book again. Once we realized the bus will take you back and forth to the apartment it was great. Don’t try to walk to apartment w/luggage. Up hill and dangerous. Bus stops right next to apartment-C30 you are dropped off first and picked up last, which is awesome. We highly recommend.

A good find

Great communication from the hosts. Apartment with spotlessly clean. The pool was lovely! 20 minute walk to the peninsula where all of the shops and restaurants are.

Mattresses weren't great that that's the only criticism for the entire stay. I spoke to the host about this afterwards and they said they would look to improve that situation.

Fabulous hosts and great property

It was lovely to arrive to some supplies after long day travelling that were provided by the owners. We were provided lots of information and they were easy to contact when I had questions. Such a lovely property. The pool was fantastic to relax around after long days of walking. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Apartment in a Perfect Location

This apartment was perfect for the two nights I stayed in Bellagio. So much space! The apartment was decorated very cute and was very clean which I really appreciate. While I was there solo, this apartment is perfect for a small family or group of 3-4 people. It includes a living/sitting area, kitchen area which includes a small washer, sink, stove, and fridge (kitchenware included). There’s also a small balcony that looks over the pool that guests have access to. The bathroom was clean and spacious. It may sound small, but I appreciate that this apartment had an iron! All appliances and air worked as expected. I was excited to see how close this apartment was to Melzi Gardens! Literally in walking distance.

A wonderful place to stay in Bellagio, Italy

That was probably the cleanest accommodation with such an attention to detail we ever had (and our family has been quite a lot around the world). Before that place in Bellagio, my wife and I were across the lake in Abaddia, where we were quite disappeared with the hotel, so we left a day earlier, booking this appointment the night before. In less than 15 minutes the hosts, Giorgia and Manuele, contactacted us and provided all the information we needed, including videos of how to get there and how to use the amenities. Having a dedicated parking spot is wonderful. The apartment is on the second floor. Everything is so new, clean, and well maintained. As my wife had a birthday, the hosts had left us a bottle of champagne, greeting cards, snaks, water, tomato juice, and pasta cooking ingredients! The ACs worked fine and ware not noisy. They have everything a small family would need for an enjoyable place to stay while on a vacation (including a washing machine). We really enjoyed it all.

The only suggestion I can think of is to change the small metallic chairs on the balcony :)

The apartment was lovely and spacious, the pool was great to have as well as hardly any hotels have pools. Everything was extremely clean. We had a bit of a walk to where we had to go for the wedding events and main strip but you can also get a taxi no problem at all by googling taxi firms and the walk is nice if not too hot. Overall highly recommend to anyone visiting Bellagio and would definitely go back here if ever going back to Lake Como.

Lovely short stay in good location.

The pool was lovely, see below for extra details. Apartment was nice and in a good location in the village of San Giovanni, a 10 min bus ride from Bellagio centre or water taxi from San Giovanni pier. We liked being away from the hustle and bustle of Bellagio itself. Did some lovely stuff in Bellagio but very pricey 2 to 3 days enough with children aged 11 and 13 . If you were a couple or couple with younger children you could spend longer at the place as a shared swimming pool and great swing park across the road in San Giovanni village which is a beautiful place.. got a tiny shop/cafe- Ne, Ne and a family run fish restaurant- also very friendly.

So many rules to start with. We are not disrespectful but it immediately puts you on edge and you can't properly enjoy the facilities. e.g no noise at the swimming pool between 2pm and 4pm . It is a shared pool so maybe this is why but with children I'm not sure how to keep them quiet. We ended up making sure we were out of the apartment at this time but we are on holiday so should feel can enjoy the facilities.
