Great house , lots of amenities, staff are responsive
A bit of a walk uphill , we had guests on the floor above being roudy and loud at 1 am , we had to contact the staff and it was fixed fast

This was a great place to stay. The best coffee pods which were a nice surprise. We got used to the walk and it was such a warm homey place.
Nothing. Our last night a large family came to stay upstairs and they were very loud and out on the porch talking on their phones at all hours. I still wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Roomy with space to move for a big family but we were only a couple. Kitchen had beautiful views. Absolutely spotless. Good communication with host via WhatsApp but self checking and out only. Easy to find . Washing machine and racks were great. Many restaurants in old town but you have good walk home after. Great base to explore Varenna etc as ferries are easy to access. No car really needed. 2 supermarkets very close by walking distance and super well stocked.
Not close to town but a lovely 15min walk quicker via Villa Melzi side. Parking can be an issue if a busy day as it is limited. Upstairs shower not functional at all. Downstairs bathroom only has bath or shower in bath with a curtain. Very awkward to use. Toiletries seriously restricted for the 2 days we stayed. A little older property but in good condition.

old bathroom kitchen and sofa are not really clean…
