Amazing value for money!

It was a great space for a couple, lots of facilities and very clean. It was about 25 minute walk to the town centre, we didn’t mind this as we enjoy the views but just something to know

Very basic place to spend a night

heating/cooling AC unit.

The location is not the best, about a 20min walk to the center. very difficult to find parking, especially during the day. The room is large but very basic, furniture is a collection of random stuff, no nightstands (nowhere to place your phones, glasses etc). The bathroom had only a single piece of soap, and nothing in the shower. The kitchen is very basic but all stuff you might need for the small meals. Doesn't feel warm and comfortable at all. reminded me of an army camp.

Great location- few steps apart is a bus stop (to Lecco), nearby is an advanced food super market (Sigma). Great views all around, a 10-15 minutes walk to St. Giovanni.

Some misunderstanding situations regarding some technical issues (couldn't switch on tv channels, for instance). On some other issues the staff was responsive, in general, no reasons to complain

Excellent host and comfortable stay!

The hosts were really nice. I couldn't find a taxi and the host arranged a ride for us. His mom came to pick us stay and helped us with the luggage. They dropped us back at the ferry station as well on the last of the our visit. Please note that the place is very close Villa Melzi, the beach, restaurants, supermarket but to the ferry station it's a 18-20 mins walk. We loved the location as we wanted to explore Bellagio. If you would have to catch a ferry everyday and traveling with young kids in summer then the walk might get difficult uphill. However, it's a beautiful walk. The kitchen had the required pots and pans. The host welcomed us with nice two bottles of cold water. The entire family is super nice..true Italian hospitality.

Everything was spectacular! Really clean and well-equipped apartment with the most helpful host :) We really enjoyed our stay <3 Obviously, the location is not in the center, but we'd known it before booking the place. Truly recommended!

Excellent value!

Good location! Walk to everywhere. Close to a supermarket where you can buy stuff to cook a simple meal. Not that noisy as described by other reviewers. Easy check-in process with clear instructions. Abundant parking in surrounding area except on weekends.

Great value for the money

It was clean, nice, and easy with an air condition. Location was within walking distance from the city center of Bellagio. Relatively close to supermarkets, the beach, and Villa Melzi.

They did not have salt, peber, and oil for cooking as described. Had to buy extra utilities such as toilet paper.

Superb

Perfect: the studio is spacious and well-equipped. The air conditionning is a real plus, especially during summer. Close to everything, and not noisy considering the proximity of the gas station: we were positively surprised by that. Communication with Simone was very easy and so was the reception of the keys. Definitely recommend Studio Casta, thank you! :)

Big apartment, very close to a supermarket, good location.

All nearby parking places were taken. I had to park ~1km away. Once I left the apartment, I couldn't get in anymore (forgot some things in the fridge). Also, wrong location on Google Map, but I corrected that.

Superb

The apartment is clean and perfect for a short stay. We booked it because it was close to bike rental of Bianchi bikes, so it was perfect for us. Bed was comfortable, everything in the kitchen worked fine. It is possible to park your car in front of the apartment, which was convenient for us. City centre is in 10-15 minutes walking distance. We did not meet the owners, because check in and check out were arranged remotely, we received very detailed instructions beforehand. We had a very nice time there, so I recommend it for a budget stay.

Had all facilities, bus stop to Bellagio centre at front door and bus stop to Como only 400M away. Supermarket just a short walk down side street. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Uncomfortable pillows, location required a taxi to get to from Bellagio centre after 6pm.

Ha tutto il necessario per brevi soggiorni , market e ristoranti vicini, centro di bellagio raggiungibile a piedi in meno di mezzoretta . Infissi nuovi.

Nel monolocale mancavano piccole cose , accorgimenti che avrebbero reso il soggiorno un po’ più confortevole, come per esempio tappetini in bagno o un appendiabito all’ingresso . Affaccio esterno sulla strada principale

Établissement situé au bord d'une route avec beaucoup de circulation. Établissement situé à côté de pompes à essence. Stationnement dangereux dans un virage. Une seule fenêtre côté rue. Des trous dans les couvertures. Équipement minimum. Bâtiment mal insonorisé.

Decent

Poziție foarte bună. Plimbarea de la locație spre punctele de interes foarte plăcută. Dacă vă îndreptați spre Lenno-Vila Balbianello faceți o plimbare de vis până la San Giovanni și de acolo luați feribotul. În apropiere sunt marketuri mari unde găsiți tot ce aveți nevoie. un mare plus - stația de autobuz (sosire) e la 1 minut distanță. Check in foarte ușor și comunicare bună cu proprietara.

Din păcate, umezeala și mirosul puternic de mucegai aduc un mare minus acestei locații. Deși este prezent un dezumidificator (se iau măsuri totuși) problema aceasta dificilă persistă. În baie se observă mucegaiul. Nu citisem la momentul rezervării review-uri pe această temă - scriu în ideea în care o persoană cu astm ar avea de suferit. Nu a fost ceva tragic pentru noi, dar ne miros urât toate hainele din bagaj. De asemenea, este frig noaptea - veniti cu pijamale groase chiar si vara. Este necesară o draperie opacă - fiind la parter, simți ca nu ai intimitate.
