- Bellagio town center: a 25-minute walk (with a slight uphill climb on the way back. Our welcome service will explain the best route, if requested)
- Pescallo, the fishermen’s village: 10-minute walk
- Villa Giulia: 6-minute walk
- Villa Melzi: 18-minute walk

- SS36 toward Lecco and SP583 toward Bellagio (RECOMMENDED)
- SP41 via Magreglio and Civenna
- SP583 from Como to Bellagio (not recommended, especially during peak season)
b) From the North
- Ferry from Menaggio/Cadenabbia or Varenna
By Public Transportation:
a) From Milan
- Train from Milan to Lecco and Bus D110 from Lecco to Bellagio (RECOMMENDED) (Bus stop 150 meters from the house)
- Train from Milan to Varenna, then ferry and/or boat from Varenna to Bellagio
- Train from Milan to Como Lago, then bus C130 to Bellagio (often crowded during peak season)
- Train from Milan to Como Lago, then take a boat to Bellagio (often crowded during peak season)
24–48 hours before your arrival, you will receive a message via WhatsApp or an eemail from our Welcome Service asking you to specify your arrival time so we can reserve your check-in slot
You will be required to pay the tourist tax before your arrival via a payment link; if payment is not made before your arrival, unfortunately there will be no way for us to grant you access to your apartment
Check-in staff are available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After these hours, you will be required to pay on-site, with the fee ranging from €30 to €50.
