Lovely studio apartment / studio of 35 sq.m. newly renovated with private entrance and private outdoor courtyard. And 'it situated in the historic center of Bellagio, 50 m from the lake, at the beginning of the Salita Plinio, one of the main and characteristic steps of Bellagio, facing the landing of the boats of Piazza Mazzini. This Bellagio area is a favorite with tourists for its central location in the very heart of the country: it is located between the main shops, cafes and restaurants, and on foot you can reach all the characteristic corners of the Borgo.
It has all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay, including a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, TV, WI-FI, double bed and a cozy private outdoor courtyard at the entrance of the house, where you can enjoy a moment of relaxation reading a book or drinking a glass of good wine.

The property was in a great location but could get noisy especially if you were a light sleeper and go to bed early like us! The apartment had everything we needed and we felt very safe there. We loved the courtyard which would be a fantastic location to enjoy in good weather. We would definitely recommend this apartment and so much better than a hotel room with more space and options to open the many windows etc.

We were warmly greeted by Enrica and she gave us the tour of the roomy studio. It had everything we needed and is located on one of the famous steps of Bellagio. It was a great retreat after a busy day of touring and we had everything we needed. I recommend this VRBO very highly.

Close to boat ferries, restaurants and bars make this a perfect spot if you want to be in the middle of the action. Easy and helpful check in. Laundry in town a few blocks away and loads of great restaurants. Beats Como for charm and friendly local people in almost all places.

My sister and I stayed in Bellagio for five days. The apartment was perfect for us. Although we didn't cook (who cooks when they visit Italy?), the kitchenette was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was roomie and the sitting area was perfect for two people. We both loved the patio space but it was a bit to warm to really enjoy it. The fan was greatly appreciated. Overall, we thought the apartment was perfect for our stay. I'll definately look into booking it again when I return with my husband.
