Good location to access all things in town.

Great location and close to the ferry terminal.

Noise from the restaurant downstairs in the morning travels up to the room from 6:30am onwards, can be disruptive.

In general a great apartment for a short stay in Bellagio.

The location was great and the apartment was small but clean. Great for a short stay and explore lake Como. Self checkin was also smooth.

It could be very noisy in the stairway during the night. Woke up a few times because of the noise.

A great appartment close to everything spotless!!

It is in a great location!!

We did not really like getting into the car park it is quite tight unless you have a small car. Also if you are not familiar with the area and are not sure of the ability for cars to drive down the street with many pedestrians at the same time it can be challenging! We suggest you drive in after 18:00 when less crowded. Aside from this it was a very nice and a beautiful stay.

Wonderful location, in the centre of everything. The room was spotlessly clean and being able to access without waiting for someone to let us in was great.

it is very small, but there was plenty of room for two of us. also it’s hard to get the room very dark for sleep.

Great value for money

The location was amazing. You are located in the heart of the village so as soon as you step onto the street you’re already where you want to be. The room itself was great, no real complaints. Our host left a detailed handbook of activities and local shops in the area which was a nice touch. The beds were also comfy and the room was clean.

I would have loved if there was a safe so that we could lock our passports away securely. With the apartment being attached to a restaurant, the main door downstairs is always left open for the chefs which meant there was only one door of protection between strangers and our belongings. We did also have some issues with the air conditioning system not working properly for the first 2 days but our host helped us fix that aswell.

A nice studio apartment in the center of Bellagio. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

The location was amazing right in the heart of Bellagio and very close to the ferry. the flat was recently renovated and well stocked with all of the basic necessities. The host was also very quick to reply to any questions.

Ideal location, friendly hostess and a perfect stay!

Firstly, the location could not have gotten any better! It is central Bellagio, short walk to the ferry port and literally in the middle of all the shops/restaurants/bars. Loved how it is attached to the bell tower, cute view out the window! The property itself was clean and smelt lovely! (Zara home scent diffuser literally filled the apartment!) It is a small apartment with no where to store your luggage but this didn’t matter to us at all! Martina (Apartment owner) was friendly and so approachable! She sent us a video message showing exactly where the apartment was and everything you need to know prior to getting there. Martina also gave us advice on where to visit around lake como! Such a gorgeous apartment, idea location and lovely hostess! Thankyou so much for a beautiful stay!

There was just thin see-through blinds on the windows which opened up onto a (sometimes busy) street where people walk past regularly… very difficult to keep your privacy. only place you can get changed is in the bathroom really! unless you want people glaring up and in.
