Beautiful vistas of Lago di Como and the mountains

15-20min walk from the centre. Views are lovely. Host is super responsive and helpful. Nice little pizzeria next door.

We went in Jan, so off season, not many amenities nearby but thats all of Bellagio. Takes nothing away from the flat or the host.

Nice place with perfect view - recommend this appartment

The property is in the really nice and calm place with nice view. The owner of property is also really nice with right communication and gave all information and help we needed.

I do not have anything to say what I didn’t like everything was perfect. Only one thing that the towel heater in the bathroom was not working and the towels where not dry enough.

Excellent stay - recommended

Stunning views, fantastic balcony and 10/15 minute walk out of central town. Not far from both ports in Bellagio, the perfect place to hop on a short boat trip to surrounding towns. The apartment was clean, well stocked with essentials and great aircon!

We arrived by boat to Bellagio mid-afternoon and there were no taxis available. Be prepared for a hot hilly walk up to the apartment. This wouldn’t be a problem, but we did have a lot of luggage.

Well designed apartment with amazing views. Nice stroll down into town and a nice takeaway pizzaria 5 minutes away. Good clear communication.

As without a car, got taxi for €20 from the ferry.

Self check in. Comfortable bed. View of lake from balcony. Host responds quickly. Free parking.

Was greeted with a note asking us to offset the tourist tax and to leave £24 cash. This was offensive to us and we declined since it wasn’t in the listing and it was already expensive. Hot water didn’t work for 24+ hours and we couldn’t shower. Host insisted we miss a dinner reservation for her people to come fix and it still didn’t work until the next morning. I explained to the host that I was up all night before dealing with a personal circumstance (family fleeing from hurricane) and even after a bad stay she was rigid with a ridiculous 10am checkout time as if it takes 6 hours to prep and apartment for a new guest. Free parking is great but very tight spots that were very difficult to park in, even driving a mini cooper. Would not go back.

million dollar view

Amazing view, comfortable bed, kitchen well stocked, good coffee machine, large bathroom and room, soft bed and sheets, cute balcony, good location if you like to get exercise, about 15 min walk into the main town, pretty steep climb but if you are fit it's worth it for the view. very helpful host. The restaurant next door is highly recommended, very convenient for pizza or pasta.

Stunning views and a beautiful and clean property

Stunning views and a beautiful little apartment. Everything we needed was there and Ambra the host was so helpful and responsive with any queries we had. I would definitely recommend this property. It’s a little bit of a walk away from the main lake front (maybe 10 mins) but it’s a nice walk and we didn’t find it a problem.

The flat is at the top of a lot of steep steps which was fine for us but for anyone who might have mobility issues it might be a problem as the lift was out of order when we stayed. I would suggest checking on the lift status if you think you may need it. Other than that we loved our stay here.

Exceptional

The appartment is adorable, it's close to the ferry, the beach and the villa and it's a little far from the more crowded areas.

The only minus is that the shower only works in very hot or cold water. But it was manageable.

The flat was well equipped and comfortable. Location was ideal for us. Communication with owner was fantastic. Our luggage didn't arrive and the owner was really helpful with where we could purchase some clothing and essentials. Once our luggage arrived, we were needing an iron and board. Owner delivered this to us with no difficulty. Really helpful. We had a lovely stay.

Bliss in Bellagio

Absolutely everything . From the communication with Ambra right through to our departure , we just could not fault this stay and would be our best so far. Wonderful touches including cakes and coffee and even had body wash and toothpaste. We had a problem with the TV and it was promptly replaced . Super comfy bed, fantastic views and just far enough away from the centre of Bellagio to have peace from the hoards of people!

Definitely recommend this accommodation due to the location and facilities/comfort of the house.

Central location to the main town of Bellagio. A 10 min walk from the supermarket and a lovely local restaurant right beside the accommodation. Has wonderful view of the lake which was great to wake up to every morning. Has all the essential utilities and we had a lovely, comfortable stay overall.

Nice view.. host was friendly and helpful.

Transportation.. before arrival should have plan with host for pick up.. we drag our luggage halfway up and wait till host come pick us. Waiting at como bus was horrible as only 1 bus every hour and those children don't line up.. overall is good except transportation.

can’t beat the view

The apartment was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the lake. The host also provided ample toiletries and other nice touches to make our stay enjoyable.

We would have appreciated if there was an iron & ironing board as well as a rack for drying clothes. Also the plug for the kitchen sink was missing and no oven trays to heat food.

La dueña se comportó de forma muy desagradable desde el día que llegamos hasta el día que nos fuimos. Pasamos frío porque en forma remota bajó la temperatura de la calefacción. Luego ha reclamado el cobro de 30 euros por una pieza plástica de la ducha que ya estaba dañada.

Très beau séjour dans cet appartement, nous recommandons sans hésitation.

La vue extraordinaire sur le lac depuis l’appartement, le calme et la sécurité du quartier, très propre, parking disponible sur place durant le séjour, l’appartement très bien équipé (notamment pour ce qui est de la cuisine et de la salle de bain), le petit panier de provisions présent sur la table de cuisine fourni gracieusement par Ambra et qui nous a rendu bien service pour notre petit-déjeuner le premier matin de notre arrivée, le dévouement de Ambra et sa très grande disponibilité à répondre à nos questions et besoins. Même si l’appartement est situé un peu à l’écart du centre de Bellagio, ça se marche bien (10 à 15 minutes).

Suggestions: 3 petites choses pourraient être améliorées : l’éclairage car la lumière est insuffisante pour lire ou écrire le soir (l’intensité lumineuse des ampoules est trop faible), mettre un support à bagages serait nécessaire sinon il faut laisser les valises sur le sol (pas pratique) et mettre un drap (pas juste une couette) car la couette est trop chaude.

Excellent emplacement à 10 minutes à pieds du centre de Bellagio, petit balcon avec vue sur le lac super pour les petits déjeuners. Place de parking appréciable 👍. Appartement bien équipé, tout est fourni , café, thé et même une panière avec des gâteaux très pratique pour les petits déjeuners.

O apartamento é muito confortável, bem equipado, decoração linda e tudo novo e organizado. A vista é fantástica, muito perto do centro (acesso à pé), a proprietária muito atenciosa. Adoramos!

Apenas a vaga do carro que não é garantida, a vaga é rotativa, são 04 vagas e depende da disponibilidade no condominio no momento. Como era baixa temporada não tivemos problemas. Tem estacionamento público próximo (parquímetro) a pagamento mas que também dependerá de disponibilidade.

Un séjour exceptionnel avec une vue à couper le souffle !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ambra ! La localisation est parfaite, le logement est très propre, il y a une place de parking pour se garer et en plus il y avait des petites attentions pour le petit déjeuner, au top ! La vue est sublime ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et nous serons ravis de revenir dans ce même logement à l'occasion :)

Потрясающий вид из окна на озеро. Еще бы размер окна увеличить, сделать его в пол. Очень чисто - пол, сантехника, посуда. Кстати, из посуды есть много чего, в том числе разные бокалы. Также была соль, оливковое масло, хлебцы, конфеты, 2 маленькие бутылочки воды. К сожалению, кофе была только 1 капсула. Наличие парковки. Приятный простой ресторанчик в соседнем доме.
