I had a great stay! I fully recommend it!

The accommodation was excellent! The apartment was fully equipped with anything needed during my stay. The location was great, it was close enough to the main sights but distant from tourist groups or car noise. Very friendly and timely communication from the host, very organized and proactive approach.

House appliances were a bit old and rusty (incl. iron and hairdryer) but they were fully functional for a short stay

Host was very reactive. Location is good : 15 min walk to the center. Good value for money.

Host got a bit annoyed I was contacting 2-3 times for a couple of questions. Wrong number provided to unlock and get the key. It's extremely noisy in that street !

A great last minute find with an extremely kind owner!

Great location with a 15 min walk to the waterfront. Comfortable sofa bed and convenient to have a small kitchen.

While nothing happened, we didn’t feel entirely safe as the other tenants at the apartment complex didn’t appear to lock the doors to the main building, and there was some noise at night time outside of our doors.

Lake Como is definitely worth to visit to recharge yourself

It’s pretty lovely weekend, for sure. The host was extremely hospitable and pleasant. The apartment was clean, suitable and bright. It worth to mention that the locations itself is pretty good however you should take into the account that you need to walk to the Bellagio city center approximately 15 min, in some way it’s even pretty cool

Public transport is used to be late, so you shouldn't account on it a lot

Good value for money

The cozy and clean flat in a quiet location with a free parking. It has everything for a comfortable stay. There is a supermarket, bakery and cheese shop within 10 min walking. The beach is 15min away. Nice apartment for a short stay.

There is no real A/C (but a small air cooler fan), so it was quite hot inside during our stay in July. Furthermore, the soundproofing of the flat is not great; however it didn’t bother us much, as the location and neighbors are quiet. The sofa bed is very “musical” but fine for a couple of nights.

For the price this apartment is amazing. The host, Sabine was attentive and responsive and we managed to settle right in. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a getaway in Bellagio. Thank you very much!

Had a great stay! Process was very easy and sabine was lovely! Would definitely stay again- property was quite close to everything!

Everything was great, it was particularly hot when we went so the aircon was a little weak but wasn’t really an issue!

The hostess is really kind and helpful. Some sweets and fruits were waiting for us when we arrived. We had a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We also had a document with many info about Bellagio (grocery shops, must see locations etc.).

Cute, private, cheap and a great base to have during a week of adventures around the Lake.

Location was perfect - really close to two supermarkets and a short walk into the centre of Bellagio. Breakfast was very basic but still nice to have some snacks and fruit. It's a short walk also from Lido di Bellagio, a fun but expensive nightclub. The walk along the lake on the East side to Bellagio is stunning with blossoming trees and incredible views. It is a sofa bed, but extremely comfy and folds out with duvet / pillows / sheets already set up! The host, Sabine, is lovely and knows exactly how to make guests happy. She let us check out late as she had no one staying that night - meaning we could hike up to Monte Crocione and have a full day of adventure before picking up our bags at 7pm and getting the last train back to Milan. Not many hosts would be so flexible and let us do that. So thank you!

We had to walk every day a bit to get back to the flat, it's not very central (but still is enough to walk). We needed a place urgently and on a budget, this place was perfect for that - but expect some walking.

Rude lady kept shouting at me at the phone as I was late due to bus delay also she let us go to a piazza that is 10 mins walking from the property with our bags to get the keys ver rude very unprofessional she ruined 1st day in our vacation to bed only sofe bed very far from the city center and the heaters doesn't work except in November although this day was extremely cold
