Le matelas du canapé lit comme toujours pas un vrai lit et l'appartement est un peu sombre. Pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur qui était précisé dans l'annonce.

The apartment was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, all bathroom essentials, an iron, and a very comfortable bed. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming. He was always available, responded quickly to our messages, explained everything about the apartment and the town, gave us useful recommendations and taxi contacts, and was always happy to help. We truly appreciated his hospitality and friendliness. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

We self catered. Facilities to do this were excellent, clean and well maintained. Our host communicated with us prior to our arrival, provided the taxi driver with directions and met us on our arrival and helped us settle in. The location is in the residential area and is thus quiet with very little passing traffic. We primarily chose the area to be close to family holidaying in Bellagio. It turned out to be a great decision! Lake Como can be seen from points, very close to the property and a ten minute taxi ride takes one to the central area, ferry terminal etc. There is a pub, a great coffee/breakfast bar and at least two restaurants in close walking distance. Our host recommended Restaurant Salice Blu and we enjoyed the meal, the ambience and their resourcefulness in providing vegan options.

The couch converts easily to a queen size plus bed. We kept it as a bed the whole time. This obviously reduces space but not excessively. Converting the couch/bed requires minimal effort. Using taxis requires some planning on the day before both for going into town and getting back. Wise to have an Uber account for difficult days. A stand for a second suitcase would add to comfort and efficiency. I believe there is space for it near the cupboard.
