A fun visit in a quirky Bellagio apartment.

A quirky house, with fun decor, just off the beaten path from downtown Bellagio. Loved that there was a whole cabinet full of games. The china cabinet had actual china and fondue set! We also enjoyed sitting on the front patio, with a view of the mountains around Lake Como. We appreciated the Italian toast packets with Nutella as breakfast treats.

The parking was a little confusing.

Affordable and clean accomodation in Bellagio.

It was in a peaceful location. They left us little packets of toast and Nutella and jam and enough tea bags and coffee for our needs which we were grateful for.

The long walk up the hill with my backpack nearly killed me. But once we'd arrived and I didn't have it with me it was okay. Bellagio is beautiful and expensive, this apartment is at the cheaper end which makes Bellagio affordable.

Disappointing

We were told it was within walking distance from the ferry terminal but the walk was all up hill carrying heavy bags and a long way from ferry terminal. Hard to find without wif fi on the phone. Would be very difficult older or unfit people. Hot water no working when we first arrived.

Exceptional

Flat was great and in a really central location. Daniele was really helpful and super responsive. I was most impressed with how much she helped us understand the flat, its layout and location, as someone within our group is a wheelchair user. She's provided pictures, videos and dimensions, which allowed us to make an informed choice when we booked. One thing I would say is that although it can be described as wheelchair accessible and a ground floor apartment, it might not suit everyone. We were ok, as the one guest who travelled with us was able to climb the 3 steps into the apartment, but his wheelchair could not fit through the door into the bathroom, which was fine in our instance, but might not suit everyone.

Idéalement situé dans les hauteurs de Bellagio

Eva House est idéalement située, dans les hauteurs de Bellagio dans un quartier très calme, le centre historique est à 15 minutes de marche, sans problème avec les enfants. Pas de problème pour trouver une place de parking à proximité. L'appartement était très propre et plutôt bien équipé.

Appartement propre et spacieux. Le propriétaire a pris le soin de nous laisser du café et d’autres petites choses pour le petit dej.

Wochenende in Bellagio mit Familie und Hund.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Wohnquartier nahe vom Zentrum. Etwa 15 Min zu Fuss aber es ist steil und man muss gut zu Fuss sein aber mit dem Auto haben wir immer Parkplätze gefunden. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Wir hatten unsere eigene Nespresso Maschine mitgenommen und dann gesehen, dass es bereits eine hatte. Für Regenwetter hat es Gesellschaftsspiele und DVDs und die Wohnung hat viel Platz. Alles war beider Ankunft sehr sauber. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Im Sommer keine Klimaanlage aber als wir da waren hatten wir keine gebraucht. Sonst wirklich nichts negatives und wir würden wieder gehen mit der Familie.

Natale a Bellagio e Como.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro di Bellagio e le imbarcazioni per andare nei paesi vicini (Menaggio, Varenna, ecc). Parcheggi in abbondanza gratuiti in loco. Appartamento molto confortevole indipendente e spazioso, con due bagni, di cui uno in camera da letto. Possibilità di regolare la temperatura del riscaldamento. Libreria in casa. Possibilità di usare il WiFi. Proprietario sempre presente al telefono in caso di imprevisti o altro, cordialissimo e preciso. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.

Credo che bisogna controllare meglio il discorso TV e DvD.
