The check in process was easy and Marcia was extremely helpful with answering questions about the area. We had a issue with the hot water, and it was attended to very quickly, especially given that we stayed over the Christmas period. The Belvedere was well equipped with all we needed to cook for ourselves during our stay. The house was warm and comfortable, clean and well maintained. We stayed here .as a family of 6 adults and 1 child over Christmas 2018, it was a short walk downhill to the town of Bellagio and easy to catch the ferrys around the lake. The views from the property are spectacular and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing break to Lake Como
