About this apartment rental

Belvedere apartment is located in a prime location, at walking distance from village center, shops, restaurants and ferryboats but still in a very quite site. The private garden overlooks Pescallo and the Rockefeller foundation park with stunning lake view. All the pictures of this listing have been taken from the property garden. The apartment that has been completed renewed in spring 2014 has 3 double bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 king size bed) with air conditioning and 3 baths with shower. On the ground main floor there are living area, open kitchen, master bedroom with inside bath, guest bedroom, guest bathroom. Laundry, king size bedroom and shower/tub bath are located in the basement with separate private entrance from the garden where different areas (dining table, sofas, chaise lounge) allow to relax and to enjoy lake view and nature. All the property is booked to one group only at the time and therefore the garden is private .Belvedere apartment is an ideal place for couples that want to have a comfortable living space as well as for families and friend groups that will enjoy to share common areas having privacy in private bedrooms /baths . No buildings in front of the garden allow a 180 degree view and the elevation from the street offers complete silence at night and you will bring extraordinary memories back with you. Style and good taste characterize this charming property where details show all the love used to decorate it. A private parking space and appliances (dish washer, air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryers) complete the property. in 2025 air conditioning was also added in the living area, guaranteeing temperature control in the entire house. The center of Bellagio and its suburbs are built on steep terrain so you often encounter stairs and climbs everywhere. Location was fantastic! The description of the stairs to the apartment is accurate. It is a steep hill and stairway. Being high up gives fantastic views of the lake The apartment is lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

The views were amazing and we spent a lot of time sitting outside and relaxing while looking out to the water and mountains.We were met by Carla's staff who showed us around and explained everything which was very helpful. She communicated with us throughout our stay and was very helpful. The unit itself was clean and well stocked.We did not know you had to walk outside to get to the bedroom unit downstairs. It was musty so no one stayed there. We were aware of the 52 stairs, but not aware of the two steep, long driveways from the main road to the stairs, which would not be an issue if you have a car. The walk into town was OK.All and all this was the best apartment we stayed in because of the awesome views. Carla and her staff communicated well, If you have the chance book a Bellagio Sailing. It was the best day we ever had. We LOVED our time on Lake Como with our skipper. Dn't miss that experience

This place is absolutely perfect. Stunning views, quiet and away from crowds, yet an easy walk to restaurants and ferry. Yes, the walk and steps up to house are a workout, but I have very bad knees and did just fine. Kitchen is great for cooking meals. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Tons of communication and support from the contact person. You will love this place. Book it!

This is an ideal setup, with 3 separate rooms and 3 private bathrooms, with unbelievable views over Bellagio. The decor is updated, and is stocked with basics. The host and owner were overly accommodating from day 1 of our booking, going above and beyond helping with arrangements and special requests. The only comment is that the description is very accurate about the steep drive and final set of stairs to the property - but how else would you have such a fine hilltop view!

The apartment was very comfortable and had a spectacular view of Lake Como. It is a short walk from the apartment to Belliago which has lots of restaurants and shops. In Belliago, you have access to the ferry which runs frequently and allows easy travel to other areas of the lake. It’s a steep climb from the street to the apartment, but the views are certainly worth the effort. We would definitely stay here again.

Carlo/Carla's condo is a great find. Located just above town with an incredible view of Lake Lecco, it's absolutely perfect for a stay in Bellagio. Yes there are steps to get to the unit itself, but ANYWHERE in the area is going to have stairs/steps, but so beyond worth it to get those gorgeous views. And you get used to them pretty fast and it helps to work off the amazing Italian food all around you. Carla was very helpful in our planning with great restaurant and other suggestions. Unfortunately for us, it rained most of our stay so we couldn't take the sailing trip we booked with Bellagio sailing but hope to be back to do so another time. I highly recommend this unit and hope to book again when we go back. Also, it's a quick walk to the center of town (less than 10 minutes) and there are a couple of restaurants right down the street from the condo that are fantastic as well. Overall clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Great property with beautiful view. We were only there 3 nights and did not cook at all. The kitchen had glasses and plates but no basics to cook, not even salt or pepper, so we opted to eat out which was fine for us. Place was very comfortable with lots of room so after 2 weeks traveling in small hotel rooms we enjoyed the space. Short walk to town which was very east. Loved it!!

We had a fabulous 4 nights…it was a steep walk to the property, but well worth it. The accomodation had loads of outdoor seating areas which you could then sit with a drink and admire the gorgeous view. We also loved on arrival that the glasses set up for the chilled bottle of Prosecco. Must also comment on how good the communication was with the agent - made the check in and any queries the agent very easy.

The accomodations, the rental experience and most importantly the views are amazing... truly breathtaking! The only consideration is the hill and steep steps that you have to climb to reach the property. Don't let it scare you -just pack light and prepare for a solid cardio workout going and coming... it's worth it!

The property is small and efficient. The views are to die for. Close walk to town. Very clean . The directions to the property needs help. Don’t follow them. Dropping a pin would be helpful.
