Location and view are spectacular!

The apartment was not clean and the kitchen was bare bones. For people traveling to stay for a a week, there is nothing in the kitchen: no salt, no pepper, not even a bottle of water or coffee pods for guests. A good host should have some kitchen staples. The WiFi was awful and the shower head was cracked. The living room balcony door does not open either. Overall it’s a great location and view however for the price absolutely not worth the price. **This is being edited in response to the property's false comments and accusations and to warn others who are looking. We never asked for an early check-in. We never communicated at all actually, until I had to call on the day we were leaving because someone changed the lock box code without telling us, so we were scrambling to figure out where to leave the keys (your directions said used the same code and lock box) to make our ferry on time. So to write that we asked for an earlier check-in to cover an uncleaned apartment is NOT okay. And with regards to products in the apartment - other properties we have stayed at previously in Italy, and even looked at for Bellagio this year, leave a few coffee pods or a bottle of water for their guests until people can get to a market. We were not looking for a gourmet cooked meal to be waiting in the kitchen. So instead of making up lies in response to guests reviews, acknowledge them and then fix things as you continue to rent out to other people in the future. Learn from what you did/didn't do to be better hosts to others. We stand with our original comments, the view and location are great, but the apartment itself needs a lot of fixing up, the WiFi does not work. It's not worth the price at all.
