Bellagio house unique location with garden and lake views

A beautiful, authentic home with EVERYTHING one could Possibly need. We had a wonderful stay made all the more wonderful by the warmth and hospitality of the hosts and the home from home that was the property.

Sybille, Alberto & Wilma are the most gracious hosts I have ever met, going above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. From the start of reservation process to arrival and check in, communication was prompt & helpful. Alberto met us at the ferry landing in Bellagio & drove us to the Bellagio Sunrise. The apartment is conveniently located just up the hill from Bellagio in the little hamlet of Visgnola. He oriented us to key spots - the coffee shop, mini market, bus stop & restaurants. Upon arrival at the apartment Sybille and her mother, Wilma, greeted us and had maps, bus schedules, business cards and recommendations for local Villa tours, drivers, public beaches & restaurants. They had stocked the apartment with yogurt, milk, eggs, bread, beer, ProSecco, coffee and much more. They had written instructions on how to operate the washing machine & other available appliances which was so helpful. The apartment is spacious & the beds are comfortable. We were visiting during the heat wave in June so the air con was essential. Plenty of towels and bathroom essentials were provided. The apartment was immaculately clean, the kitchen well stocked and the yard/grounds beautifully landscaped with roses & flowers. I enjoyed morning coffee outside looking at the lake each morning. There is an easy short cut through the pedestrian tunnel by the coffee shop down to Bellagio. It was unusually hot during our stay so we opted to use the local bus. Tickets are for purchase at the mini market. Definitely make a reservation at Salice Blu and enjoy a memorable dining experience with Chef Luigi. The restaurant is a 2 minute walk. On departure day Alberto picked us up and drove us to the bus stop for our train connection in Lecco back to Milan which was great as taxis are impossible to find in the morning. The only thing I would change is the decor in the twin bedroom. The children bedding does not affect the comfort of the room but would make it more visually appealing. Bellagio Sunrise is a beautiful & convenient place to stay for a trip to the Lake !

Absolutely immaculate, well equipped, gorgeous view and beautiful garden. Our hosts were so sweet and the extra touches with breakfast and welcome snacks were a lovely and much appreciated touch! Absolutely lovely stay!

Sybille was a gracious hostess leaving us some staples, goodies, and wine upon our arrival. The beautiful view from the deck and the side yard with picnic table was breathtaking! It is about a 25 minute walk to the main area of Bellagio but it was worth it. Serenity and natural beauty at its finest!

If the Como region doesn't already impress, Bellagio's Sunrise will. The owners were wonderful to communicate with, thought of every detail, and provided great information on all of the things to see and do in the area. Their recommendations on everything from restaurants to bike rentals were fantastic. In particular we enjoyed the breakfast items and coffee, which we enjoyed on the balcony, watching the sunrise. Most importantly, we'd love to stay here on our next trip to Como!

The house is a well situated with a fenced in yard that has onsite parking.

This house was perfect for us. Set in a beautiful location, overlooking the lake and just a short walk from the centre of Bellagio. The owners were very helpful and gave us all the information we needed on the area. Lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk and with fabulous views. To top it off the house had a gorgeous enclosed garden which was perfect for our two dogs, who were also made to feel like special furry guests.

Wir waren eine Woche Mitte September in Bellagio! Dieses Haus ist ideal, wenn man einen Hund dabei hat, weil ein großer, komplett umzäunter Garten vorhanden ist! Es war ungewöhnlich warm während unseres Aufenthaltes, so dass ich sehr froh über die Klimaanlage war! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Küche sehr funktionell eingerichtet! Ich fand es ganz toll, dass Lebensmittel und Getränke vorrätig waren, so dass wir nicht sofort in den Supermarkt fahren mussten! Sibylle und auch ihr Vater sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Verständigung hat auf Englisch bestens geklappt! Gerne einmal wieder!
