Beautiful villa in a perfect location. Excellent value for money

Amazing stay at this villa and the property is also at a great location in bellagio: walking distance to everything. Sumedha (the caretaker) was incredibly helpful and prepared a wonderful breakfast every morning. I’d highly recommended

The villa was spacious and comfortable with a great location that was a short walk from town. The manager Davide was super responsive and the caretaker Sumedha was a gem - super helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. A meal he prepared & served for the 8 of us was a highlight of our stay. The 2 things that I would improve is airconditioning (we were there during a heat wave and the fans were not enough) and access to Wifi especially on the top floor.

Great place and location.

Location ideal-short easy walking distance to town and safe to walk home after dinners (taxis scarce) Sumehde, house manager, made breakfast every day and lovely dinner of fresh caught fish one night. (We arranged with him directly and it’s additional but worth every penny) Pool clean and refreshing at the end of a hot sight-seeing day. Highly recommend!

Came to Bellagio for the last two nights of an incredible Italy trip, and the location of this villa did not disappoint! We didn’t need to drive anywhere, the town is an easy walk, the pool is perfection, and it gave our family of 7 (two parents and 5 kids ages 15-23) plenty of freedom and flexibility to do whatever everyone wanted to do. Easy kitchen to cook in, everything is there that is needed, and the grocery store is a short walk. We all felt very safe, as well. Davide and Sumedha went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of-well done, gentlemen! We would stay here again if we ever return!! This does not take away from my 5 stars, but anyone looking for more quiet might not like the traffic right outside-because of its proximity to town, it can get noisy, but we didn’t mind it at all.

8 of us ranging in age from 8-84 stayed at the villa. We really enjoyed the pool since it was very warm during our stay. The gardens and setting are very beautiful and we liked sitting at the outdoor table for breakfast and socializing. The location of the villa is good - a few minutes walk to the gardens and Bellagio as well as the less busy town of San Giovanni. The on-site manager, Sumedha, was terrific. He made us wonderful breakfasts and made some excellent local restaurant recommendations that we enjoyed very much.

The property was perfect for our family. Felt private, relaxed and had everything we needed for our Bellagio stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you have kids or want a beautiful home with a private outdoor area.

This couldn’t have been a better experience. Beautiful house in a beautiful area. We stayed 9 days and really got to know the area. The property manager attended to our every need including food shopping and couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended!

Excellent host! He prepared good breakfasts every morning, kept the house clean and was very helpful with information. There are lots of stairs to prepare for in the villa and a narrow walkway to shops and restaurants if you don’t get a rental car. Overall it was clean and is a beautiful villa and grounds with pool and hammock and outdoor patio for meals.

Large house worked well for our group of 6 adults. Sumedha made daily breakfast for us which was great. The location is a 10 minute walk to downtown Bellagio, very convenient.

Gorgeous location in Bellagio, walking distance to everywhere (restaurants, beaches, ferry, shops). Sumedha the caretakerwas a incredibly helpful and an excellent cook. As a Vrbo property manager myself I absolutely recommend this great villa!

The family and I were very hesitate about staying onsite with a host, have never done it before, but Sumedha was such a blessing. Super helpful and made the experience such a breeze! To top it off we had the luxury of having a beautiful spread for dinner (highly recommend). Overall location was PERFECT walking distance to local Bellagio shops and we truly can’t wait to come back! If you plan to visit during fall/winter the pool is unfortunately not heated but we still took a cold dip!

Hello Davide, We just returned home from our wonderful visit at your villa and wanted to tell you that we had the most wonderful time there. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our family of seven adults appreciated having en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all the utensils needed for preparing meals. The grocery store was quite close and had everything we needed. Both Bellagio and San Giovanni were just a ten minute walk away, and then ,of course, the water taxis got us to several cities on the lake. And last, but not least , Sumedha was an added bonus. He was informative and helpful, but not intrusive. We appreciated the breakfast he made for us , the first morning. So, in all, we were extremely pleased with our stay. Great property and location, cannot recommend this villa enough. Extremely helpful and kind caretaker. Perfect spot for family.

This villa has all the makings of a 5 star experience. But too many disappointments. The bedrooms were decent and beds comfortable. One of the ensuites couldn’t be used because of blocked drain in shower so 2 couples had to share a bathroom. The live-in carer said he would attend to it but never did- leaving the soaking towels for us to bring down. The biggest disappointment was the gardens - looked lovely in the photos - they weren’t maintained, the garden furniture was old and the cushions stained. Badly needed moving with grass full of weeds. there were bins full of empty bottles at our door when we came in - these weren’t removed for the whole time we were there. Pool implements lying around the garden and stuff hanging on the lines. To use the washer/dryer/iron needed to go down into the Carers room in the basement which was putrid. So we didn’t use the amenities. Overall - could have been amazing - was disappointing not to be able to enjoy the facilities that are the reason you get a villa.

We had a lovely trip to Bellagio where we stayed three nights at this home. The best part was the location which was just up the hill and about a 10 minute walk into town. The pool and yard was nice and private with a gate. Based on the original description of the property which has since changed, we were not expecting that the onsite house manager mentioned would be staying in the home with us in the basement with access to the entire house so initially we were a bit surprised. Once we got used to this idea, it was fine as the house manager was kind, friendly and helpful. He was available to make breakfast however we opted to cook our own food and mostly stick to ourselves. The one thing that could have improved was the cleanliness of the kitchen, the clutter, and the quality of the linens and provided soaps as they were super basic and used. We did very much so feel like we were in a shared home, and less like a vacation where we could fully relax. If you don't mind these things this is a great place to stay as it is nice to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group and it is in a fantastic location. However, if you are looking for privacy, and something a bit more upscale, this would not be the one for you. Bellagio is an amazing place to visit so overall we were satisfied with out stay. With a little extra TLC this home could be amazing.

We were not advised someone would be staying in the house and coming and going from the house during our stay.The fridge had food in it. The freezer is filthy and needs defrosting. The hair dryer does not work.the pool needs cleaning

Our stay at this property in Bellagio was spectacular! Our group had four couples and we were drawn to this property because each couple could have their own room and bathroom. The villa was so nice, and the pool was a great amenity. The property manager, Sumedha, was so kind and made us a delish breakfast the mornings of our stay. This property is also at a great location. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay in Bellagio. The caretaker was very helpful and cooked us dinner one night and breakfasts in the morning. The house was nice but wish it had more of a view. It is in a good location but you must walk down a very busy and narrow street to get into town. Be warned when busses are coming by- you have to flatten yourself against the wall! Each bedroom had its own bathroom so it was good for traveling with friends.

We were 6 adults and a one year old. I picked this villa because of the number of bedrooms(each with a bathroom) , ease to walk to bellagio centrale with no stairs (for stroller), lovely swimming pool and convenience to 2 supermarkets! David was timely With answering (so many!!) of my questions. The pictures and description are completely accurate. All bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and modernized. The house manager does live in the basement- so be aware that he freely comes and goes with no warning. He is so kind, and so helpful! I 100% recommend staying here.

Our small group of 4 adults found this villa incredibly spacious and very well equipped including good air conditioning on a very hot week. The villa is clean, grounds lush, and the pool is large and and relaxing. Adding to the property’s appeal is the very kind house attendant who is an excellent cook and will provide breakfast at a very modest fee and who can also arrange to make an amazing meal. The villa is also in an outstanding location. We recommend this villa, no question.

The villa is in the perfect location in Bellagio. Walking distance to shopping, beaches, and the ferry. Sumedha was so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. He made us a wonderful breakfast each morning. The Villa slept 8 people very comfortably and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Plenty of room, lots of internal stairs, we used 3 bedrooms all had ensuite. Top floor bathrooms had small showers difficult to use so used 1st floor. Davide went out of his way to make sure our stay was trouble free, got us a high chair for baby at short notice. A 10 min walk to the square gave us plenty of restaurants & shopping options. The pool was great with fantastic views over the bay

This property was wonderful!!! A little oasis in Bellagio…highly recommend! Peaceful and Sumedha (the house manager) was wonderful! He prepared breakfast in the garden for us one morning. We were very pleased with our stay!!

Lovely large villa, easy walk into Bellagio, private pool and garden, modern baths and lovely covered dining veranda. The caretaker, Sumedha, was professional, attentive, knowledgeable...he is also a fine chef and we woke to hot breakfasts and enjoyed delightful custom dinners as special treats!
