A Lovely holiday.

Very happy with the apartment A minutes walk from the lake. Exactly as pictured. Free wifi Bellagio is a very nice tourist trap.

San Giovanni is a 20 to 30 mins walk from Bellagio, if you want to get there more quickly take a bus or the 'Bellagio on Wheels' road train. Take Itailian 3 pin power adaptors. Supermarkets a 10+ minute walk away, use google maps to find them

Very good location - would definitely recommend

Very good location - right next to the beach and the bus stop. Only 25 min walk from Bellagio city centre. Well equipped kitchen. I know some other reviews complained of the loud church bells at 8am every morning but I quite liked how it woke me up and allowed me to start my day early - it was quite refreshing. Overall, would definitely recommend this place.

A bit stuffy. Some of the kitchen supplies were low e.g. empty olive oil bottle in the kitchen cabinet, less than half a bottle of hand soap in the bathroom with no new ones stocked ready for use. Other than these small critiques, it was a very good place to stay.

Wonderful stay just close to the lake 😁

The appartement is located around 20min by foot from the busy city centre. Therefore it is quite calm in a good sense! The lake is really just a few steps away and there is even a ferry stop (San Giovanni), which is quite handy (but the ferries are not operating as often as in Bellagio itself though). The balcony with view on the lake is awesome! The kitchen is very well equipped. We liked the "maisonette" style of the appartement because it makes it very cozy. There is not much going on around, but we can really recommend the Restaurant "Ittiturismo Ristorante Mella". Great Price-Value! Also Nené food offers nice coffee and smalls snacks close by. All in all we really enjoyed the stay in this appartement and would come again!

As I said: all in all we liked it a lot! One thing to mention: if you are easily woken up by noise and enjoy sleeping longer than 8am - the church bell at 8am could be an issue. Otherwise it's actually a plus since you don't need to set an alarm and the bell sounds very nice 😁

A nice stay for 3 persons

Nice location, a swimming spot is a few steps from the apartment. About 30 minutes walk to Bellagio centre and if you happen to catch a ferry, it is less than 10 minutes to Bellagio. Apartment is comfortable and nice and had everything we needed.

There is a church right next to the apartment and it starts ringing bells at 8 in the morning. It was a nice alarm clock, but if you want to sleep longer then maybe not the best. There is also a ferry stop very close, but a ferry goes from there only a few times a day.

Exceptional

This apartment was just lovely. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the whole apartment was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were spotless. 25-30min walk to Bellagio town centre, 5-10min walk to the S Giovanni bus station, 2-3min walk to the S Giovanni port (though the boat stops there rather infrequently). Also, the host was a kind and friendly person.

This apartment only had stairs (no elevator) which is a common thing for accommodations in Italy. Be prepared to climb the stairs if you bring any suitcase.

Good

It's placed in a quite zone and you are close to the lake and the city center. The check-in was very easy, we had no problems finding the place. It was good for the money we give for a few nights spent there.

It was not so clean but not worse, there was some issues with water pressure and the shower needs to be changed. There is a lot of room for improvement but overall the money was good for what was offered.

Nice comfortable private place that is in a walkable distance to bellagio. The bus from como brings it right to where the accomodation is - less than 5 minutes walk. Nice balcony too, with washing machine, cooking facilities and sufficient towels and bedding.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

the location is okay like stilla. walk away but taking the bus is a good idea which is right outside the parking lot of the stay. Wi-Fi is good here atleast.

I didn’t like the service to check in or the cleanliness of the entire place. we didn’t stay here for our whole stay it felt very incomplete. towels were stained, no toilet paper or soap or body wash, forget doing laundry if you don’t have your own detergent. very bad stay in general I didn’t feel comfortable staying we left before our 2 days before our check-out day.

perfect

the property was beautiful very clean and the lady was the most lovely person ever, I even forgot my heels and she said she would post it back to me. the location was perfect literally 1 minute walk from the ferry and a 25 min walk to the centre of Bellagio. not one complain about the place or location and the property had utensils to cook with and the basic items which I’ve not had given in a lot of apartments.

Desaster

So ein Desaster habe ich bei Booking noch nie erlebt. Wir waren mit der Vermieterin zwischen 15 und 16 Uhr vor der Wohnung verabrede, es kam niemand. Um 17.30 Uhr haben wir uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht, nachdem wir total durchgefrohren waren. Ein Tag vor der Anreise hatte ich die Vermieterin über Email kontaktiert, gefragt wo wir parken können. Es gab keine Antwort. Am Tag der Anreise haben wir zweimal angerufen und auf AB gebeten, dass sie zurück ruft. Ohne Erfolg! Dann haben wir während der Wartezeit 3 mal angerufen, ohne Erfolg!

Гарне місце. Якщо ви не вибагливі до умов - то можна сміливо орендувати . Дуже гарне розташування і кліматичне місце.

Вид з вікна і близькість до озера і вілли Мелзі. Є постійний контакт з власником. Сам апартамент має все необхідне для приготування собі їжі.

Не був розкладений диван у вітальні, ми мусили самі розкласти і застелити постіль ( постіль була в шафі, але не як комплект, а різна) . В спальні на горі все було добре і гарно.

Месторасположение просто супер! До центра нужно пройти пешком, но маленький пляж искупаться совсем рядом, в 1 минуте ходьбы. Вид с балкона и окна туалета супер. Вайбовые маленькие улочки, где можно выпить кофе с круассаном и местная итальянская жизнь. Парковка не далеко от дома. В доме было все необходимое для наших двух дней проживания. Очень бы хотелось вернуться снова.

Comersee direkt vor der Haustür. Genügend öffentliche Parkplätze wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.

Nicht für Familien geeignet, vorallem nicht mit Säuglingen. Der Self-Check-In war miserabel. Eine Nachbarin, die unten drunter wohnt, hat uns das einchecken sehr erschwert. Es gab keine Einweisung zur Wohnung. Unsere Fragen wurden uns beantwortet, allerdings erst nach mehreren Stunden. Wir sind 2 Tage früher abgereist weil wir uns einfach nicht wohl gefühlt haben.

Апартаменты расположены в небольшой деревушке недалеко от Белладжио, в паре минут ходьбы озеро и паром. Квартира отличная и приятный плюс балкон с видом на озеро.

Небольшой минус, была немного плесень в душевой.

Idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania jeziora Como

Apartament mieści się w miejscowości San Giovanni tuż obok jeziora Como i przystani, skąd odpływają statki do okolicznych miejscowości (mało kursów główna przystań w Bellagio). Tuż obok znajduje się kawiarenka Nene, gdzie można wypić przepyszną kawkę i zjeść świeżutkiego croissanta albo kanapkę. Kilka minut spacerkiem znajduje się willa Melzi a do Bellagio dojdzie się w 15 minut. Stąd statkami lub promami samochodowymi dostaniesz się do każdej miejscowości nad jeziorem. Jest to doskonałe miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie jeziora Como. Sam apartament jest niewielki ale gustownie urządzony i czysty oraz dobrze wyposażony. Zmieszczą się tam maksymalnie 4 osoby. Apartament jest dwupoziomowy. Dla osób starszych I dzieci problemem mogą być nieco strome schody do sypialni i toalety. Polecam tą lokalizację.

Jedynym minusem dla kogoś kto lubi długo pospać są dzwony z pobliskiego kościoła, które zaczynają głośno bić od 8.00 rano.

Sehr detaillierte vorherige Wegbeschreibung vom Vermieter. In der Küche gab es alles was man zum kochen benötigte. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Zum See sind es nur ungefähr 10m.
