Bella vita is perfect location. 15 mins walk from Bellagio in a peaceful and most beautiful area. Across the road from the lake and San Geovani ferry and gorgeous park. Cobbled small streets with a cafe where locals sit and enjoy a morning coffee. We had our 2 boys age 16 and 10 they loved the lake. Thanks Paola and Alfie for your lovely welcome and tips for our stay!

Perfect apartment in a great location with helpful hosts!

Great location in Bellagio, it’s quiet and close to the beach & St. Giovanni but about 20 mins into the main town. The hosts were incredibly helpful (and kind, they left us a cute surprise for our honeymoon) and offered great selections even before we arrived/helped when needed. Very cute little apartment as well, all the amenities!

Very enjoyable time - sitting round the table at night was a lot of fun.

The Apartment - layout and facilities were excellent. Hosts were extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Could do with slightly bigger beds - singles really only suit children.

fantastic apartment very clean and every thing is provided , the hosts were very attentive there is a bar across the road called riverside snack bar which i would highly recommend

the walk into Bellagio is difficult due to some parts having no footpaths so you have to walk on the road

Exceptional

The apartment was modern and clean and met all expectations. Very comfortable to sleep and a lovely pool outside. Little touches in the kitchen including a lovely welcome pack and the essentials eg dishwasher tablets etc. the hosts were so friendly kind and helpful providing useful information for our stay and recommendations. it’s only a 15 minute walk into Bellagio or a bus outside. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Lake Como.

very. clean and well equipped very good communication and easy self check in. the location is very convenient. just a short walk to bellagio and supermarket (15-20mins)

there’s limited views and traffic noise. it’s a roof flat on third floor of the building next to the road. not the building next to the pool in the photo which I was expecting from images . the local beach is rocky with a large pipe draining into water and under construction. the ferry at san Giovanni wasn’t running due to low water level - I imagine the location is even better when these issues are sorted

Nice stay in Bellagio

Bella Vita is a very nice and clean apartment bit outside of Bellagio town. There was a nice beach just cross the road. Host was helpful and communication worked well using WhattsApp. Apartment is in very good condition and provides all needed kitchen equipment etc. Room is in top floor/attic and is on the other hand very nice but does not have big windows, balcony or any outside seating area.

Location next to very busy road was bit disturbing and walking next to the road did not feel always so safe. Pool is closing already at 7pm what we found bit strange. In the other bedroom (next to staircase) there is an air gap between wall and ceiling and because of that noise is coming into the apartment waking me up every morning when other visitors are walking/talking in staircase. Should be fixed somehow.

Bella Vita is a really lovely property. All new facilities, amazing shower and very comfortable beds. Immaculate swimming pool. It was really easy to access, get links for transport and with its lovely bars tucked away by the secret beach. The hosts were fantastic and always accessible. We would stay again at Bella Vita it is a wonderful find in Bellagio.

Genuinely the best holiday we’ve been on - such a beautiful location and the perfect place to stay!

The property was fantastic, excellent facilities and the pool was great for when you needed to cool off! Alfio and Paola were so attentive and always on hand to support if we needed anything, providing us with very helpful tips before we arrived. The property is just a stone’s throw away from a beautiful beach on the lake which was perfect for relaxing. It’s also a 5 minute walk from a boat rental location - we hired a boat for the day which was a highlight of our trip. Such an amazing visit to Bellagio and we’d definitely come again!

The property is in a great location and only a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Bellagio - the only thing to flag is that the walk is a little hilly! But otherwise perfect.

The hosts were so helpful and made our stay a great experience. Only 6 mins from town of Bellagio. Private parking. Apartment was large and super clean.

Very recommended appartement!

The owners are very kindly and helpfull. The appartement was very clean en with all you wish for a comfort stay and living.

Only the noise from the sometimes busy road next to the apartment is a point of attention. But the owner did the most against it with good windows, screens etc.

Great host and I'm sure will be much nicer experience in summer

The host is super helpful and nice, they are always ready to answer our requests in a few minutes and gave us lots of suggestions. The apartment is very clean and got all the facilities you need as a family.

It takes 15 to 20 mintues walk to Bellagio Town on a busy road, it's not very suitable with a young child. But there is a nice garden on the way, I'm assuming in summer time when the garden is open you can walk through it, it will be much easier.

Location, Value, Hosts - Perfect

Location: peaceful, 15 mins walk to Bellagio, opposite the beach, 5 mins walk to San Giovanni (lovely coffee and croissants) Apartment: clean, modern, spacious, well equipped, powerful, the pool was an added bonus after long days walking around the town, we often had it to ourselves! Hosts: Roberta and Paola we’re always at the other end of the phone giving lovely recommendations and advice (including calling the ferry company for us!) They also left some pasta, sauce and sparkling wine on arrival which was much appreciated. We had a perfect 6 days in Bellagio and have every intention of returning.

The only thing we can think of is there are only 2 sun loungers for the apartment- would be nice to have 4! (We borrowed one from neighbours who weren’t using theirs)
