Home away from home!

The property is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and has everything you need to stay in and do laundry, cook etc. We chose the property for the pool and private garden but as it rained our entire trip we didn’t get to use these amenities, although they did look as nice as the pictures. The host is very helpful and sent us lots of recommendations for our stay.

For the location, I would recommend staying here if you have a car. We didn’t and there are no taxis at all so getting around is quite difficult, especially with luggage because it poured rain for our entire trip.

Location, clean, everything we needed!

It was such a good location for the beach and not too long of a walk to the city center! It was so clean, and it had everything we needed. Roberta was the best host! She gave us so much advice and she went above and beyond to make sure our trip was great.

Amazing lovely stay near Bellagio

Everything was perfect, we had such a lovely stay. The apartment is enormous, so comfortable, it has everything you will need. The most amazing thing was pool and lake down the street (about 2 min walk), also, the host was very informative and kind. Recommending 100%

The mobile connection and wifi sometimes was glitching, as did the wifi, but that didn't cause big problems. There were a thunderstorm one night, so maybe that's why.

The perfect stay with perfect accommodation, and location , will be returning as soon as possible !

Fantastic , approachable and knowledgable host who took time to explain all you need to know .The location was perfect central to all main amenities , attractions and transport facilities . The apartment was immaculately clean with all necessary facilities including fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need to Cook with including some lovely condiments , lovely bathroom, washing machine , towels , air conditioning and a beautiful pool and private garden for dining. There was 4 of us and it had a lovely bedroom with comfortable double bed and a large new sofa bed with full mattress easy to put up and down in seconds . The most comfortable I've ever slept on ! The lake was just across the road with a lovely little bistro on the lake shore and Bellagio in easy reach by walking , by bus (bus stop right outside the apartment or by ferry also easy to reach ,if you're not so able with walking) . The whole trip was amazing and we were sad to leave and can't wait to return !

This trip to Bellagio, Lake Como exceeded our expectations , thanks to a beautiful property and very attentive host!

The property was beautiful, clean and well- equipped. The host, Roberta, welcomed us with orange juice, water and cookies. There was coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar for our use. These small, but thoughtful touches put our stay over the top! Additionally, Roberta made restaurant recommendations, guided tour suggestions and just really made sure we had a wonderful stay.

Ideal apartment for a stay close to Bellagio

We stayed four nights in this lovely apartment in San Giovanni. It is situated about 20 minute walk into the centre of Bellagio. San Giovanni is a charming village with its own beautiful church, ferry stop, beach, restaurant and cafe. The weather was sunny and very warm and it was wonderful to use the pool and garden when returning from our day trips. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Lake Como is a beautiful place to visit and Roberta was very helpful gave us lots of excellent suggestions of places to eat and visit.

Fantastic Bellagio apartment

Beautiful spacious and clean modern appt. Stylish and comfortable furnishings. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Lovely setting. Beach and lake swimming v close. 20 mins walk in to Bellagio. Parking. V helpful host.

Pool a little chilly but it was the end of September. Lake was warmer.

A lovely apartment well hosted with swimming pool, private parking and walking distance to Bellagio

Beautifully presented apartment hosted by Roberta very well. Free parking, free wi-fi,well appointed kitchen and generous welcome pack. Roberts’s attention to detail was second to none We liked the location in terms of a short walk into Bellagio centre

I think due to the period we stayed being over the Moto Guzzi 100th anniversary weekend as well as the Italy Grand Prix weekend the road next to our apartment was busier than usual

Relaxing stay

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. It had a nice garden with furniture and sunshades to sit out in.

The transport options into Bellagio were not good for going out for dinner in the evening as the land train and ferries didn't run and after 7pm there was only one bus at 10pm. The large dishwasher was pointless as they only provided four of each item of crockery and cutlery, and five glasses and mugs.

Super clean apartment. Nice and cool considering all hotels have not turn on AC in May .

Location is great if you have a car or if you love to walk. Small ferry is right down bottom of hill but is limited at night . 1 mile walk to and back from Bellagio center. We did it three nights in a row but it is up a large hill. Not for the faint at heart . Lots to see and venture to from this location. Roberta is a great hostess . Only one suggestion is maybe small shower soap because when traveling it’s not something you pack .

The perfect home away from home in Bellagio

Located just 10 min walk or 4 min drive from the center with the comfort of a 5 star hotel suite, a garden and a beautiful swimming pool. Very comfortable bed, bathroom and kitchen with all appliances to make it feel like home. Highly recommend. Probably the best value for money in Bellagio.

appartement spacieux et bien équipé. La propriétaire est sympathique et tres aidante. Nous avons pu la voir au check out

il y avait bien une piscine privée, mais trop petite car partagée par trop d'appartements autour. Il y avait donc plus de promiscuité qu'attendu. Par ailleurs, on ne se rend pas bien compte de quel habitat il s'agit sur les photos de l'annonce. Il etait un peu trop proche de la route (bruit). Enfin il faut marcher une vingtaine de minutes pour accéder au centre de Bellagio.

Roberta de aardige eigenaresse gaf super duidelijke uitleg over incheck, ze appte zelfs een filmpje over de aankomst route. Parkeren voor de deur, zwembad met douche en eigen tuintje met ligbedjes en een eettafel wat wil je nog meer?
