The apartment is equipped with wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, private parking (own parking space) and is ideal for spending a holiday surrounded by incomparable beauty, enjoying Bellagio and the beauty of Lake Como. The holiday home is located in a strategic point 100 meters from the free beach and a few hundred meters from the center, easily reachable on foot in 10/15 minutes, alternatively you can opt for the beautiful scenic road that runs alongside the lake and that will take you directly to the gardens of Villa Melzi (open from late March to October) which can be crossed to reach the center, the Terminal Boat and the departure point for all excursions.
Few places are more beautiful and romantic than Bellagio. Known as the "Pearl of Lake Como" Bellagio offers top class restaurants, wonderful gardens and enchanting views.
The climate is delightful, mild in winter and pleasant in summer, ideal for a relaxing holiday or to practice various sports in the splendid scenery of the lake and its villas.
Excellent restaurants a few steps from the residence:
-Mella restaurant at 350 meters (fresh lake fish)
- Alla Darsena and Silvio restaurant at 300 meters (both excellent)
-Riverside snackbar at 100 meters, directly on the beach, surrounded by the magical atmosphere for an evening at sunset.

The Gardens of Villa Melzi extend along the lake shore and harmoniously fit into the hilly framework of the Bellagio peninsula that divides the two branches of the lake. Inside the Gardens you can admire the Villa, the Chapel and the orange tree greenhouse, now set up as a historical museum.
* Lido di Bellagio
it is located between the Borgo and the gardens of Villa Melzi and offers a beach equipped with a gazebo, deck chairs and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, a restaurant service is also available for a light lunch. In the afternoon the Lido turns into a place to sip an aperitif at sunset.
* Tour of the hamlets by tourist train
starting from the pier of the Bellagio ferry, you go up through the Municipal Park full of plants of all kinds and you arrive at the Gothic Villa. In front of the Hotel Belvedere there is a vast meadow cultivated with olive trees. You then reach the square of the hamlet of Loppia where you can admire the last 2 specimens of Lariane Gondolas, the Romanesque Church and the Villa Gerli. Finally we arrive in San Giovanni to visit the Museum of Navigation Instruments. The train operates from May to September.
* In the port of Loppia there is the Taxi Boat Service of Ezio Gilardoni and Angelo Verri to make excursions in the blue waters of the Lake towards Varenna, Menaggio, Tremezzo and the Comacina Island.

How to reach Bellagio:
*on the train:
- Central Station of Milan - line for Sondrio - Varenna stop:
from Varenna to reach Bellagio it is necessary to cross the lake by boat or ferry.
-Milano Central Station-line for Sondrio-Lecco stop:
from Lecco to reach Bellagio you can take a bus that leaves from the railway station square.
- Train from Milan Ferrovie Nord Cadorna to Como:
from Como to Bellagio:
you can use the bus which takes 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Or you can use the hydrofoil - duration of the ride 45/50 minutes.
*By car:
Bellagio is located 70 km from Milan, 29 km from Como and 18 km from Lecco.
From Milan there are two possibilities: the first is to take the highway to Sondrio and before Lecco to exit following the signs for Bellagio, the second is to take the A9 Milano-Lugano highway to the Como exit.
