Good value apparment for two people

The appartment was 15-20min walk from centre but it was great for us as we were happy to walk around, also there were no steps to climb. It’s nice appartment for two. The bed was comfortable. The water was running hot all the time so it was great to have some hot bath after cold weather. The hostess welcomed us and explained all we need and also she left us a gift - a bottle of wine which was a very nice gesture. All in all we were happy about our stay.

Very clean reasonably priced apartment.

Very clean simple apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner leaves a couple bottles of water and a bottle of wine as a gift for the guest. The owner is very responsive via email.

The shower needs a shower curtain. One has to stand in the tub and it's very easy to get water everywhere. I recommend folks put the water flow to half through the tub faucet and half through the shower head. By doing so it reduces the water pressure and one can take a shower without blasting water all over the room. In the summer the room would be very hot but at this time of year it was fabulous with the windows open.

The property was lovely, everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was also in a very good location.

Comfy bed, clean and in very good location only a short 10 minute walk into Bellagio with Ferries going to different parts of Lake Como. Nice bathroom.

The room was warm, there was a little fan in the room but it didn’t do much. It was stuffy made things feel a bit damp. There was only 2 towels for the 3 night stay with no way of drying them.

Good place to stay near Bellagio

Nice apartment near Bellagio. With fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. You will find everything you need inside. Self check in at any time, we arrive at midnight, near bus station and supermarket, close to public beach. New, fresh repair with good furniture. Really nice to stay.

Great and affordable place to spend your Como vacation at

The host provided us with all necessary information, very responsive and quick. Apartment is clean, and well designed. We really liked the large bathroom and the complimentary wine. The location is also fine - 15 minute walk from the city centre, 10 minute walk to the public beach, 10 minute walk to a private beach club.

The router is blinking like crazy during the night, so you should cover it with something.

No windows nor views

Be aware this room has no windows nor any view as you see in the photos. There is a window in the bathroom that sees a backyard. You will pay that amount without having any view nor balcony nor windows. The photos and description about the view are false and booking disappointed us about validating this info. When trying to cancel one night we were shocked that the cleaning cost is 60 euros which is more than the price of one night and again booking failed to warn about this info. This was the worst experience with booking.

foors could have been cleaner - you can see dust in there, in bathroom there is no ventilation, so if you use the bath there all walls are geting wet. And the many notes from staff does not make you feel comfortable (it would be better if the information was in one place not stick around the apartment)

Good communication with host. Host was nice enough to let us pay city tax a day late. Was offered wine upon arrival. Comfy accommodation with cute bath tub. Walkable distance to Bellagio town. Overall would recommend

Gorgeous location, great space and perfect to explore the area. We found it really comfortable and loved the size of the bathroom especially. The wine gift also a nice touch!

We couldn’t find the hairdryer but other than that, faultless! It’s a little too hot in June to use one anyway.

Disappointing

Walkable distance to the town centre. Comfortable bed.

We waited 45 minutes at the door as the host didn't respond quickly to our messages and blocked our calls. They had sent us a message about the self check-in 2 months before the trip and didn't send it again on the day. Passive aggressive responses eventually received. Virtually impossible to have a shower without spilling water on the floor as bathtub didn't have a curtain or similar. The floor was covered in hair. Room had no external windows, only the bathroom was overlooking a courtyard.

We struggled to get the radiator in the bedroom working therefore it was cold but the one in the bathroom was working correctly, We had to get a blanked from the available wardrobe before we could sleep.

Very nice place in great location

Located in a quiet part of Bellagio, 15min walk to the town centre. Very close to the lake with few supermarkets nearby. It’s always nice to have a whole apartment to yourself especially when travelling as a couple. The bathroom has a beautiful bathtub and is very clean, the studio itself is quite small but you still get much more space than when renting 1 room in a hotel (especially for that price). Very good value for money!

The location

No window in the bedroom. No heating to try wet towels or washed clothes. There was a mold next to the bed. Unprofessional notes left on arrival. Advertised as one bedroom apartment however its a studio flat.

Slaapplek..niet meer.

Het is puur logement. Enkel slaapplek..verwacht er niet teveel van heel netjes..alles aanwezig maar zeer basic..

Afstand met valies is toch zeer vermoeiend..bergop. Geen ramen..opgesloten gevoel..wel zeer rustig. Ons hotel was geannulleerd door misverstand dus dit was een heel snelle last minute beslissing. Gelukkig was het wel een heeel fijne ervaring qua reis zelf!!
