Big stain of mold in the bathroom. Location not that good. Flat was comfortable inside, recently rerestored.

The property seemed to be recently restored and well finished. Was well decorated too. Good heating system

There was a big stain of mold in the bathroom. We stayed for one night but I would suggest people to ask if they have sorted that problem before booking. Location was not good- far away and the neighborhood didn’t seem to be that good

Terrific stay in a beautiful apartment in Bellagio with a wonderful and responsive host.

The property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Bellagio. We were there during two very hot days and while the temperatures cool off a bit at night, it was a little hot in the apartment. The host was wonderful and very responsive to our questions and needs. I would recommend to anyone who is capable of climbing about 80 meters of steps. In the heat, they can be a little much, but we managed them fine.

No air conditioning during sweltering days is hard if you’re not used to the heat.

Very clean, new, stunning views, beautiful, great owners, wonderful walk to town, which is nearby!!

Brand new, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was like a dream land, so beautiful!! Quiet area. Great water pressure in the sinks and shower. The owners were the most helpful and accommodating hosts I have ever experienced. He was available by WhatsApp, gave us much helpful information well in advance on the property and things to do in town. The car ferry is very close in town. Buy your ticket right by the dock. Pizza within feet of the dock is yummy. I've included photos of parking and the narrow street. The key to the padlock for the gate that you go through to park is included with the keys that the owner leaves for you.

This is not the owner's fault, so it has nothing to do with the apartment - You should not have a wide car if you stay here. Although we did, and it worked. The one street to get there is very narrow, but the neighborhood uses it. It works. Our rental car freaked out and beeped about each part of the car that was too close to the walls that are on each side of the street. The photo on Booking.com did not seem to match the parking spot that is designated to this property, which is GZ Realty. It's tough to get into that parking spot unless you know exactly where to go once you get through walled street.

High quality accommodation in beautiful Bellagio. Spacious and modern.

Towels and bedding could have been better. Not the fault of the property but it’s a steep drop down into Bellagio and therefore a challenging climb back up. Just something to bear in mind.

Peaceful and tranquil setting with views down to the lake

Beautiful tranquil location. Located a short walk from the town.There are steps to the town but we enjoyed walking down/up the cobbled paths, the peace of the location and the lovely views. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and also had a quiet outside sitting area. We highly recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and away from the bustle of the town, yet a short walk to Bellagio town centre, supermarkets and the Villa Melzi. We also walked to San Giovanni and Pescallo. Both worth visiting.

The walk to/from the town may not suit everyone. Everything was good for us.

Apartment exceptional and peaceful, host attentive

Our stay in this apartment was exceptional! The location is stunning, and the apartment itself is very convenient and well-equipped with two separate bedrooms and a living room. It was a bit difficult to find at first, but the host was extremely responsive and attentive throughout. Having a parking spot was a great bonus. I highly recommend this peaceful place to everyone.

As 2 older women we found walking from the lakeside to the property was taxing as we had to carry our luggage up and up 2 very long and steep flights of cobbled steps which we had not expected. A taxi would have been a good idea.

I with my husband and couple of our childhood friends, started our North of Italy vacation at this property in Bellagio and.... this really made our trip! The host communicated with me before our arrival, give exact instruction about location, the keys and parking. We entered to the house and was shocked... warm (literally) and very cosy house, decorated for Christmas, waited us! Two bedrooms with convenient matrasses, kitchen with all facilities and.... heart braked view on the mountains. We had an unforgettable time at this property, and we want to come back! Thank you, Gilles.

Great Bellagio get-away

The location of the flat was stunning, quiet and peaceful. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed, the hosts made everything very easy from check in to local advice. Bellagio is beautiful and nice and central to explore the area. Perfect for hikers

As an older couple we found the trek uphill and steps quite challenging also we found it virtually impossible to find a taxi to get us to the flat at night, the downhill walk was fine in fact very enjoyable with a Pitstop for coffee at the hotel on the way. Anyone with a pushchair and no car would struggle.

A lovely stay in a light and spacious apartment with a great view of the lake in the distance

What a lovely apartment. Set in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Bellagio where it’s peaceful and quiet. We had a lovely view of the lake in the distance, yet we were only a 10-15 minute walk into the centre (slightly longer on the way back as it’s all uphill, but we were fine with that). Very spacious and light apartment with comfortable big beds and a great shower. We used the picnic table outside too as the weather was lovely and it was nice to have outside space. Also, Gilles was a very welcoming, responsive and helpful host. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Great apartment hidden in the residential area of Bellagio.

The apartment is within a residential area of Bellagio, no other tourists around and very quiet which was great. The apartment was clean and spacious. We were able to walk into Bellagio from the apartment within 20 minutes. The host Gilles was very friendly, communicated often and ensured we were able to self check-in/check-out smoothly.

The mattress wasn't super comfortable but this may be personal preference.

I will recommend!

The property was very clean, with a spectacular view from the garden and close to the city center. Giles was very nice, he helped us to check-in earlier (we were in a hurry because of an appointment and we needed to dress up). Unusually for Como lake, it was very hot the days we here there and Giles brought us a second ventilator without asking. Also, the communication was very good on WhatsApp, he responded very quickly, and sent us tips with restaurants and supermarkets close to the apartment. I will recommend the apartment to my friends! Thank you for your hospitality!

位置有点高，步行带行李过来不方便。

Bien mais cher

Le logement est très propre, moderne, correctement équipé. Il est plutôt bien placé dans une ruelle calme. Il faut néanmoins savoir qu'il y a des escaliers pour accéder au centre ville.

Malgré les indications détaillées de notre interlocuteur, le logement est difficile à trouver. Il faut être préparé à prendre des chemins très étroits pour une voiture, et à double sens. Le tri des déchets n'est pas organisé sur place et il nous ai demandé de gérer nous même leur évacuation, ce qui n'est pas simple quand on ne connaît pas la ville. J'ai trouvé que c'était assez cher.

Heel goed en fijn contact met de eigenaar. Stuurde duidelijke instructies en gaf tips voor restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Reageerde heel snel en enthousiast. Straat naar appartement toe is erg smal. Goed om rekening te houden met niet een te grote (huur) auto.
