Great stay overall!

Great location, communication with the property manager was brilliant and the views are breathtaking.

Property felt a little bit outdated and kitchen amenities such as coffee or tea would have been a nice touch.

Lovely accommodation

Spacious and clean

Shower was very slow , no hand soap in the bathroom . A welcome pack would be good as supermarket is quite a way . There is a bus service into town but never when we wanted it. Its about a 25 minute walk into town and quite hilly

Very spacious, clean, modern apartment. The pool was clean & great to swim at the end of the hot days.

listing said it had a washing machine but didn’t. But the host kindly let us know about a nearby laundromat & a great coffee shop while waiting. Bit far from main area & not many restaurants nearby.

Nice stay

The apartment is well located, next to a small, cute village San Giovanni which has a playground, a coffee shop and also a ferry stop which is very convenient. The walk into Bellagio takes around 20 min and can be a bit tricky because the streets are very narrow and sometimes there is no footpath. For us it was ok because our kids are already a bit older. The pool was very nice too. The apartment is spacious and ok equipped. The check in is very easy and the host always reachable and nice.

Could have been cleaner. Beds in the children rooms very hard. We were missing a few things like chairs for the balcony or a sponge/cloth to wash the dishes

Quaint place for a getaway

Lovely place, good size, next to the bus stop

No dishwasher. Would appreciate basic stuff like paper towels in the kitchen. It is a little far from the town - considering that the bus runs once an hour and there are almost no taxis.

We had a lovely stay. So pleased that we were not staying in busy Bellagio, a 15 min walk away.

Sun beds were missing. Host was contacting previous occupants to find out what had happened to them. We did find other sun beds to use but we were conscious they belonged to another property.

lovely place but hard to access without a car

the unit was clean and comfortable. the facilities were good, the pool was lovely

its location was tricky as public transport is limited. we were not told that there was a ferry stop close to us which meant we had to walk with luggage. there was not enough toilet paper and although pool towels are mentioned in the facilities, there were none available.

Terrific apartment in unbeatable location - a great value

The location is fantastic - so much within walking distance esp. in San Giovanni. The comfortable apartment is spacious and the pool is great. The reserved parking spot was a huge bonus.

It would have been nice to have a one pager with info on what was nearby within walking distance, we eventually figured it out but a listing would have been a big help. No pool/beach towels were provided and very few bath towels. A few basic amenities like paper towels, laundry detergent, at least one day worth of coffee, and a couple bottles of water would have been appreciated.

The apartment itself was really spacious, spotless and had all of the amenities you would need including hairdryer and iron. The pool area was also clean and a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sun. Great location and Dennis went out of his way to provide us with some great recommendations for places to eat and drink etc.

Fantastic Lake Como Apartment

Me and my partner stayed at Casa Bellagio Beach apartment last weekend, the location for Bellagio was great. Only 10minute walk to the main centre. The apartment was very clean and spacious had everything we needed. The host Dennis was very helpful, and gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment (which we were grateful for as we arrived much later than we anticipated). communication was great. we would highly recommend and would stay again! the wine was a fantastic addition!

Stort och fräscht boende med en väldigt trevlig pool och solområde. Stället låg nära stranden vilket var bra.

Stället låg längre ifrån Bellagio än vi trodde (vårt fel) det var dock inte en optimal väg att gå till Bellagio men funkade ändå ok för oss.

La ubicación es muy cómoda y el piso estaba limpio y correcto.

Las fotos son muy engañosas, parece que estás reservando una casita de piedra con acceso al exterior cuando en realidad era un apartamento en otro edificio.

Duży obszerny apartament. Do centrum 20 min. na nogach. do plaży 100 m basen super. Parking ok. Basen Super. Cicho i przyjemnie.

Brak herbaty lub kawy. Powinna być informacja najpierw do sklepu. Przyjedziesz w sobotę popołudniu i do poniedziałku problem. Słaby internet. Słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem i mało ciepłej wody.

Schöne, große Ferienwohnung mit Manko

Super ruhige Lage. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren. Große Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern und großem Bad. Poolbereich mit Liegen Parkplatz vor dem Haus

Wir hatten leider kein warmes Wasser im Badezimmer.... Das war bei 4 Personen und täglicher sportlicher Aktivität ein Problem, das leider nicht gelößt werden konnte:( Die Solardusche am Pool hat aber funktioniert! Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng. Mit unserer Familienkutsche mussten wir auch mal aus dem Kofferraum aussteigen.

Perfekte Wohnung für einen Kurztrip!

Wir hatten einen überaus gelungenen Kurztrip in dieser Wohnung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut top. In puncto Sauberkeit würde ich sogar sagen, es entspricht Hotelstandard. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, sodass man sich schnell heimisch fühlt. Die Lage ist ideal, da die Stadt nicht weit entfernt ist und gut zu Fuß erreicht werden kann, was den Aufenthalt besonders bequem macht. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Alles in allem ist diese Wohnung eine klare Empfehlung für jeden, der eine gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft in der Nähe der Stadt sucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
