Good apartment for a couples stay to tour around Lake Como.

Good size apartment for a couple. Queen size bed, TV with Netflix and wifi. Good location, close to boat ferry and Bellagio town

Directions to apartment would have been helpful if instructions said just before Cafe, turn right down pedestrian street. Chair was broken, not useable. Freezer door wouldn't close, too much frost build up. Had to chisel ice.

"Karlsson-on-the-Roof"

We had a fantastic stay at this top-floor two-bedroom flat. The apartment was bright, clean, and fully equipped, especially the kitchen—it had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and lake every day. We also loved the rooftop views from the flat; being on the top floor gave it a peaceful, private feel, and the sunsets were beautiful. The air conditioning kept the flat cool and comfortable, and both bedrooms were quiet and spacious, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Broken shower head holder. Top floor flat but no flat number on the door, you have to guest the flat yourself:)

Not even close to worth the price

Sizeable place.

Lady wouldn't let in without sending her photos of our passports in the. middle of the street with our stuff laying on the ground. Only inches between the bed and closet so I banged my leg. Very cold floors. No washing machine. Electricity went out at night. No Wi-Fi and mobile data wouldn't work, so had to go outside to get in touch.

Bare minimum apartment in a decent location that’s ultimately not worth the price

Very clean, spacious and good location in San Giovanni right next to the ferry and one of the more affordable places in Bellagio. The WiFi was pretty strong throughout our three night stay as well.

We had issues from the jump. For starter, no info regarding checkin (no code) was given upon arrival. Luckily we had cellular data to contact the owner to receive entry code and WiFi password. The shower heater only lasts up to 7 minutes and takes hours to reheat. Only one shower towel per person was given for a 3 night stay. Only one trash can in the kitchen, none in the restroom. And their communication was non-existent, we texted them the next morning regarding pillow covers and extra towels and did not hear back. The bed is very uncomfortable, from the mattress to the rugged sheets. This is truly a bare bones apartment & not worth the cost imo. Though it was a great location, it is extremely difficult to find public transportation, so we had to carry our luggage’s uphill for a mile.

Location (near the beach), a good starting point for making trips, free nearby parking, comfy beds, good wi-fi. Communication with the host was swift and helpful.

Before the first use, I had to clean the shower because the water didn't drain. There were no bowls for cereals and a bottle-opener and in the kitchen. It would be better to have these items. A little noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings - ear-plugs needed, other nights were ok.

We booked for a hot weekend thinking there was air conditioning, and there was no air conditioning.

To be clear, this apartment is advertised as having air conditioning, and does not have an AC unit or a fan. We asked the host about it the first morning after checking in, and the question was avoided and not answered. Overall, location is great if you don’t mind a little walk into Bellagio proper, and the apartment is fine. The bathroom/shower is cramped (to be expected) and you will run out of hot water if two people shower back to back. The bed is quite uncomfortable, and you should not put four adults into this space unless you enjoy being uncomfortable. Overall, our stay was fine, no issues, Cafe below the apartment was wonderful and convenient. We booked thinking there was air conditioning, and there was none.

Good lakeside location just a km away from Bellagio ferry pier, bus stop at 100 m, spacious accommodation, nice kitchenette and responsive staff ( provided Iron quickly upon request).

Квартира очень уютная ,было все необходимое для жилья.очень интересное место в старом городе с узкими улочками и приятной кофейней около дома .

Единственное,что мне не понравилось,это кровать .Настолько скрипучая,что я со своим небольшим весом переворачивалась ночью с содроганием ,так как кровать оповещала громко о каждом моем движении .

Il lago di Como e i suoi borghi sono una meraviglia.

Buona posizione lontana dalla confusione del centro in un piccolo antico borgo molto caratteristico. Casa piccola ma abbastanza accogliente molto basica anche nelle forniture. Bagno molto piccolo con pochi accessori.

Le scale di accesso molto ripide e difficoltose specie se con bagagli ingombranti. La doccia assolutamente inefficiente. Il riscaldamento non funzionava.

Lei carinissima! Arrivavamo da Roma alle 4:00 passate. Ci ha lasciato le indicazioni necessarie per fare sì che andasse tutto bene e che trovassimo il posto con facilità. Disponibilissima e gentile. Il posto situato vicinissimo al lago e già solo l'appartamento in stradine particolarissime. L'appartamento super ordinato, tutto accessibile, ordinato, pulito e profumatissimo! GRAZIE, GRAZIE, GRAZIEEE!
