Lovely hotel, very pretty, super clean, staff very attentive & friendly.
Only thing I didn’t like was that the bar at the adults only pool opened at 11am, a little earlier would have been nice.

Staff could work on their helpfulness. Very slow at times

We were greeted with a complimentary drink on arrival which was very welcome after a flight delay of an hour and a half! Smiling and helpful staff at reception and made us feel very confident we’d be taken care of.
Only very slight niggle in room was lack of drawer space but other than that beds comfy and little chocolates left on pillows a lovely touch also the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and shower room.
Everything very clean and cleaning staff wonderful. Breakfast was incredible. Great buffet choice and nice selection from menu too. We had out three year old grandson with us and he was well catered for. Staff also very accommodating supplying us with a cot after we’d tried and failed to get him to sleep in the sofa bed!
We were in Marbella for our son’s wedding and pre wedding drinks had also been arranged at the hotel. This was wonderfully handled.
We would highly recommend a stay in this lovely hotel with its professional and courteous staff.

Genuinely the best hotel we’ve stayed in, staff made us feel so welcome, and their kindness made all the difference. Can’t wait to go back!
