Pleasent stay

The location is great to access the beach, shops and restaurants. Apt and balcony was a good size. Everything you need was provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Staff at reception were all so nice, friendly and helpful. AC super cold and sofa-bed comfortable.

The cleaning needs to improve, the floors were not clean. Bedding and towels clean but floors were pretty poor. The apartments are not sound proof so if you get screaming kids next door its not ideal. Really need to invest in some sound proofing. Also note if you're on a low floor the noise from the restaurant, street etc is pretty loud. Sleeping before midnight not possible thanks to the music etc. Not a problem if you stay out late in the evenings.

Over priced for what it is-place needs a major overhaul

The location was great. The cafeteria in front of the building is super good. There is parking on the premises with electric chargers (with a cost). Staff is nice, but checkout is precisely at 10:00 and they are knocking on your door.

The hotel is a bit run down. The service is okay, but say for example we called for an iron, they make you go get it, they don’t bring to your room. They charge you for everything, towels for the pool, pool cups, which we found weird but you get some of that money back. The pool was nice because it overlooks the beach but very small. It’s unfortunate that they allow smoking in the balconies because for the non smokers you can’t enjoy the balcony because of it. They should have a section for the smoker and another for non smokers. We don’t need to be exposed to second hand smoke.

The location and the views from terrace.

After check in, it was almost mid night… I went to my room and was smelling very bad. I immediately called reception to report and they ask me to pay extra cost to change the room as apparently there was no more room and same category and the next category was bit expensive. So I was “invited” to pay the difference. Instead of assuming the problem of the room they gave me they wanted me to pay!!! I was not impressed. I had to “fight” to be placed in a different room with no additional charges.

Absolutely OVERPRICED

The sea view is amazing. Great location. Apartment well equiped.

They dont inform you there is no room service, where you have to put your rabbish. The swimming pool supposed ro be heated to 24-25 °C is actually at 20-21 so there is no pleasure in using it in winter time. Lift beyond technical control which was valid untill 6 months ago...

Excellent hotel in great location with parking. The service is generally amazing.

Ee had to set up the children’s bed. This was super annoying as we were so tired. We had to do the sheets for everything. We asked the reception to organise this but they refused saying it was our job.

The location was fantastic. My apartment was very clean with amazing view. Checking in was very quick, friendly and efficient. I had the buffet breakfast one day which was superb. Had dinner one evening when there was entertainment which was good. My room was very quiet and the blackout curtains a real plus.

There were no negatives. I was delighted with the entire set up even when I struggled to connect to the internet the reception staff fixed it within minutes and only too happy to help.

Amazing beachfront location

The apartment was spacious with 2 large sofas and all necessary kitchen equipment. The beds were foam and very comfortable.

The balconies were private but the walls very thin.

Nice hotel in great location

Likes: Comfortable, clean, well-stocked kitchen, access to washing machine, clothes dryer, great location, quiet, big supermarket within 100m, helpful staff, nice cafes and restaurant on site, a spa facility for those who want it, hairdressers for those who want it, literally a small stone’s throw from the beach.

Pool area was busy and noisy, not enough sun loungers (which was important for us seeing as the sea was full of jellyfish and kids wanted to swim all day), it wasn’t clear that we had to clean our own apartment and take bins out etc. I don’t mind tidying up after myself but could do without cleaning showers, bogs and mopping on holiday. If I’d known this was the case, I’d have booked somewhere different because I spend my life cleaning and doing chores and wanted a week off.
