Ideal location and kept very clean and tidy

Comfortable bed
No reception and code for door. Steps up to room and noise in the street. No black out cover for the patio door. Couch was unusable as a bed

Incredible location! Very cute and cozy. Wish the weather had been beautiful and we could have enjoyed the terrace!
We stayed when it was cold and rainy, and it was difficult to get the entire suite warmed up.

The location of this property is definitely its biggest strength—very central and convenient for exploring the area on foot.
Unfortunately, the stay itself was quite uncomfortable. The room felt damp, with very little air circulation, which made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The bed, pillows and towels was also extremely damp, and uncomfortable, adding to the overall experience.
Noise was a major issue. While street noise is expected in Europe and something we were prepared for, the lack of sound insulation inside the building was surprising. You can hear absolutely everything from the upstairs units—even people snoring—which made it difficult to rest at all.
Overall, while the location is great, the comfort and noise levels significantly impacted our stay. Would recommend if you sleep heavy.
What was most disappointing was that we did raise these concerns with staff, hoping for some kind of solution. However, we were told there was nothing they could do, which made the situation even more frustrating.
