Nice but…

Comfortable bed

No reception and code for door. Steps up to room and noise in the street. No black out cover for the patio door. Couch was unusable as a bed

Loved the location and the atmosphere of the room. I wouldn’t classify it as a Presidential Suite, but we loved it.

Incredible location! Very cute and cozy. Wish the weather had been beautiful and we could have enjoyed the terrace!

We stayed when it was cold and rainy, and it was difficult to get the entire suite warmed up.

We didn't receive check in instructions until 1400. We would have liked to have been able to leave our bags in the entrance hall so we could enjoy our first day as we were only there for 2 but had to sit with our bags until 1500.

Room not as described , Junior suite with a living area, I think not! small dark dungeon type room, no sound proofing from room above. Move rooms at cost 200 euros, better room but I would not class it as the Presidential Suite! Remote check and access was unreliable as was locked out and only had to call over 15 times!

We would always plan to stay at HC6 Boutique Hotel when visiting Marbella

This is our second stay at this hotel and hopefully won't be our last ! Staff attentive , replied quickly to our questions even left a bottle of cava in our room on arrival. We stayed in the Presidential Suite again, the room was clean and spacious, nicely decorated, bed comfortable, shower had good pressure . Location perfect lots of restaurants and bars on the door step but easy distance to Avenida del Mar and beach

There is nothing really to dislike. Car parking is a bit expensive but not the hotels fault

Super location, most responsive staff , would definitely visit again.

The location is super, you are so close to everything & yet so quiet at nighttime , great night sleep , very comfortable bed and super shower . It was perfect for a long weekend stay.

There was some noise from room upstairs when guests were moving about with luggage but maybe that was because we were having a lie in !

Customer service, Location, and Security HC 6 Hotel is in a perfect location. It literally can’t get any better because you are in the heart Of the old town. You are walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, the beach, supermarkets, parking structures, etc. It is also in the classiest part of Marbella. The lady who manages the hotel, Maria, is very sweet, helpful, and super responsive by WhatsApp at all hours. So in that regard the customer service was excellent. She even pre arranged for me to park in a nearby parking structure. So, she was very professional. The rooms are also very spacious. There is a charming balcony that you can open from the bathroom and you can see the whole street. It was so much fun. And the bathrooms are well renovated.

Sanitation Lack of amenities Semi broken appliances Lack of reception Boutique is an understatement. There are only four rooms. No reception service available. The cleaning lady doesn’t clean. She just tidies up the room and makes the bed. When we checked in, we found that she accidentally left the previous guests’ old used soaps. The floors were not cleaned. So the place is quite basic - think of it like an Airbnb in a perfect location. The advertised pictures also seem to be those once they got the furniture and decor. When we stayed, the furniture was much more worn down and used. I expected more for roughly $250 a night, but that was the best price in that district (for the summer season). In general, I’d say it’s a good value for money.

We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely this hotel was. The staff we lovely too. The breakfast was good and it was in a lovely area. Highly recommended.

The second bed had a large dip in the mattress which was interesting.
