An outstanding experience.

This should not be 3 star! It should be more!!! Very modern stay, with a a beautiful balcony and impeccable facilities. Fresh linen provided daily and an easy check in. The room was cost, well ventilated, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to stay further down the Marbella area and closer to Banús, for a wonderful and affordable price.

I need a refund.i don’t use the room.

Nothing. I didn’t even stay there. I was going to request a refund when I got home.

No one is there to check you in there is no front desk. They are trying to run a hotel out of a different city in Barcelona hundreds of miles away. When I finally did get my room from the one staff member that was there the Internet was not working and had an important business meeting so I left and got another hotel through booking which you can see. I stayed at blue Bay.banus.

Starlight Evening.

Hotel nice and clean, comfy bed and pillow.It was in a good spot as we went to see a concert at 'Starlight ' just a short ride in a taxi.

Mae ,the receptionist was so helpful.(Dont use "Taxisol" ) there booking office aweful to deal with ,rude put the phone down on us. Mae came to the rescue and booked on alternative taxi.

Pleasant weekend trip

The location of the hotel is very good, there is a lovely Organic restaurante for breakfast/brunch and a seafood restaurant for dinner close by and even some luxury shopping just crossing the road. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was helpful and quick to respond when the checkin codes to pick up the keys from the safe box didn’t work. There also was parking right behind the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for short stays. It wasn’t too noisey from the road in our room and ear plugs where also provided by the hotel.

There is a safe in the room, however, if you want to use it, it’s an extra 2.50€ a night. I was then chased down to make sure I paid the 2.50€, which felt awkward (we had paid our entire stay plus the pet fee up front). I would recommend to simply increase the nightly stay by 2.50€, and let people use the saftey box as a standard…. After all, you are not charging extra for the other appliances that are available in the room, so why for the saftey box? It’s just a bit weird

Lovely and simple

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The location was perfect, easy to get to, and near enough to the beach, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets to make my stay easy.

A kettle in the room would have been nice, but it’s not essential.

I called and called and spent one hour trying to locate as the address was not clear to me. Spoke to people that must not have ever seen the location as they didn’t know landmarks such as Marbella club.

Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Kettle and tea/coffee in room for making hot drinks.

It's a bit far from the town (about 30 mins walk), but it's a nice walk along the beach so not too bad.

Awesome

This private room and bathroom felt like a nice studio. The balcony was awesome with the breathtaking view of the mountains. It was in an amazing location! It was very clean, safe, quiet and the parking was great. The staff was very kind and helpful! Deep gratitude. I highly recommend staying here!

Disappointing

Reception was good. Room was very cleaned and it was disinfected before our stay

It was very loud during the night. Couldn't sleep People are going in and out. Very noisy. We could hear the TV from the next room and it was on during the almost whole night. There is public parking so you have to wait to find it. They don't have their own parking space. There is a big parking lot behind the restaurant but it closes around 10-11pm, receptionist didn't know the exact time so we had to move the car in the evening to be able to go in the early morning.
