Wonderful stay, high level experience

We had a wonderful stay at the Melia Me in Marbella. The staff was very friendly. They made us feel welcome from the arrival on, and helped us in case of questions. The breakfast was very clean and healthy food. We appreciated the additional choice for eggs, oats etc. Nice view from our room!

Lovely stay! Would return to this hotel again!

Beautiful hotel, very clean, rooms are big, and great products and facilities. Would love to visit in the summer when it’s much warmer to use the outdoor pool & sunbed facilities more! The staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. Great location too!

Brilliant hotel and location - staff were Amazing

Thanks to Alvaro and the team for an amazing stay. We travelled with our family and had an amazing time With the grandparents and kids. The staff were very helpful from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend this hotel

The locations is perfect Meets all the criteria for a five-star hotel. The parking is in front of the hotel door directly. Very safe and quiet at night.

The rooms are very dirty. There is no access to the beach, even though they confirmed the opposite on the phone But most importantly, the lack of safety. We got our bag stolen in the lobby in front of the security guards. Very disappointing

Perfect getaway.

I spent two nights at the newly renovated Hotel ME by Meliá in a spacious Two Bedroom Suite that fit my family of five perfectly. The suite was comfortable and well arranged, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The hotel amenities are beautiful, and the pool area is a highlight. It is relaxing and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We also enjoyed lunch at the hotel. The burgers were excellent and the shrimp dishes were just as good. Thank you to Alvaro for the great customer service and for resolving the misunderstanding with such professionalism and care. Your support made all the difference. Overall, it was a great stay and I look forward to visiting again.

wouldve rather booked an apartment rather than staying in this hotel

well the breakfast was good! the location is center so was easier to travel to all the happening places within.

the staff was a bit hard to talk too..the only person helpful in the hotel was the guest relation manager who was helping us.Didnt meet the expectations at all from the last time we stayed. House keeping didnt clean the room properly, there was still dust/hair near the tables. Being a 4 star they should keep water everyday atleast 2 bottles in the room, even if seasonal or non seasonal and that is the standard but they didnt except on the last day when we complaint the guest relation manager helped us. It was tooo hot in the room, even if was a littel cold outside, it was very hard to sleep at night as there was hot air coming from the AC.They told us to keep the windows open, but that would the insects to come in. Night time was a struggle for us as were 3 in a room. THE ONLY REASON WE BOOKED THIS WAS BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED LAST JAN IN 2023 BUT dont think we will come back here.

Overall I would recommend the hotel, we had a very pleasant stay

Friendly efficient staff, always cheerful in their work even though it’s very hard work. Very clean. Very comfortable bed and a good sized room. Food was excellent. Great location for beach and walks.

Mainly I didn’t like the dining room, it was small for the amount of people and very noisy!! The chairs were uncomfortably and many tables were wobbly. The bar area was also small and the seats were uncomfortable, apart from the sofas. The terrace seats were also very hard to sit on. There was a lovely grand piano but it was locked and nobody ever came to play it - what a shame!

the breakfast was good, a nice relaxing environment with plenty of choice the staff were super friendly and always made an effort with the kids the location was spot on - it's a 10 minute walk along the beach to reach the marina/shops

Was basic but not cheap

It was a great location and had a nice atmosphere in reception.

The pillows / beds was so uncomfortable . Every noisy hotel when people was coming back no time limit 3/4am no security to stop them. The reception wasn’t very helpful when we asked for something asked us to come down rather than be helpful to bring it up. Wasn’t worth the money but wasn’t cheap to stay. Not great view from our balcony when we requested one & an earlier check in. And breakfast was cold and not big selection.
