Nice hotel. Bit dated in some areas but still good recommendation

The hotel’s location is quiet. About 15 minute walk to old town and restaurants. There is a lidl and carrefour 5 minute drive away. The hotel itself is nice and elegant but some of the amenities of the room need updating like the kitchen and dining table and chairs. Beds are comfortable. We were on the 5th floor with sea view and pool view and there is a river also that runs through which is nice. We went during off peak so swimming pool was closed outdoors but we did use the indoor pool and the jacuzzi but for an extra €5 to use. As its February, There was no buffet hot breakfast either. It was just cold continental breakfast and there wasn’t a lot of cold meats on the serving table and we thought €10 was probably too much for what was on offer. The walls were a bit thin as well as we could hear their conversation next room to us. There was enough cooking utensils to use for simple meals. The cleaner lady was nice who replaced our towels on request. The hotel offers €15 to park your car underground but in front of the hotel is free street parking. There was a restaurant in the lobby as well but we did not get to try it.

We had to pay €5 extra to use jacuzzi which should be included considering it was off peak in February and the outdoor swimming pool is closed outdoors bit dated kitchen facilities and dining table and chairs. Need updating. The underground car park which costs €15 per night where its free to park on the street just outside the hotel.

Great location, cleanliness, staff was extremely helpful (special thanks to the Manager, who whad agreed to change our room due to very noisy neighbours).

Young family winter holiday

The location is second to none. The apartment had loads of room - we had a 3 year old and 5 month old with us, both in cots (one was ours) and we still had plenty of room. Great to have the kitchenette especially the washing machine. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby and brilliant to be able to walk to the promenade on the beach front and near buses to go exploring. The indoor pool is fantastic especially in the winter months (need a cap but the hotel can provide). Staff were so lovely and helpful and the room cleaned every day which in my opinion helps to make it a holiday!

It was a good, clean hotel. The first member of staff we met on check in(Ismail?) was exceptional and very welcoming. Location was excellent.

Not being told we needed to get towels at reception when we used the sauna. Having to go back to reception to get cards in order for towels to be issued. I guess when the pool is open, this is required but now it's shut. Really?

Great Hotel

Lovely comfortable hotel close to everything. Spacious rooms with really comfortable bed. Balcony and kitchen a bonus although we didn't make much use of either. Lovely friendly staff. Great choice for breakfast and had delicious lunch in restaurant

Really lovely place, a 5 minute walk down to the beach.

We were upgraded to a two bed apartment with fabulouse views.

We were told the pool would be open when we arrived on the 6th of October which it was, but closed for the season on the 7th, very disappointing.

We did not have breakfast. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Beds made every day. Clean towels and apartment cleaned every day. The position of the Sultan is excellent.

Lovely hotel in great location

Great location close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. An easy 20min walk to the Old Town area. Palace like hotel, although the decor a bit old and dusty. Nice pool and the massage I had was very relaxing (prices on par with nearby places). We were given an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was amazing!

Lovely if you don't plan on staying much in the hotel and sleep for short periods of time.

So close to the centre of basically everything! Quite outdated but the outside is definitely nicer than the inside. The beautiful decor reminded me of the show "The lotus hotel"!

I just wish the rooms looked anything as nice as the decor in corridor/ exterior. The beds were like sleeping on slabs of concrete. Both of us were in pain with our backs by the second night. The appliances are also extremely outdated in the little kitchen.

Dream ‘beach holiday’ hotel!

The location is absolutely fantastic, couldn’t have been in a better spot. Beautiful street (prettiest on the block in our view) and only a 30 second walk to the beach. For us, we didn’t want a crowded, loud area and this was just fantastic; quiet but a stone’s throw away from the promenade with restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were so lovely and the room was absolutely huge - we couldn’t get over the size of our balcony! I don’t think the photos really do this place enough justice, over the moon with our stay and would go back in a heartbeat. Fantastic value for money in what is typically considered an expensive area.

Wish there had been a TV in the bedroom and slightly comfier pillows on the bed, found them a little hard.

Quiet hotel stay in great location

Indoor pool and outdoor also with excellent facilities.terrace bar had great lunch options and very nice friendly staff. Really appreciated that daily cleaning staff worked quietly and never knocked our door as other hotels do. Overall a lovely holiday in quiet hotel.

Amazing location, hotel and staff!

Great location, close to everything we needed and very calm area. The hotel was clean, large, comfortable and had a relaxed vibe. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful- the receptionists Borcha and Zoltán amazing- give them a premium!!!:). The housekeepers also nice and respectful! We loved our 3 rooms, the whole family was happy in the hotel. Thank you again, i hope i can return once! <3
